Das Zimmer war einfach, aber sauber. Leider war der Kühlschrank im Flur nicht nachgefüllt worden. Das Frühstück wurde zugeteilt, war aber ausreichend. Anonym, steril, unpersönlich. Und die Lage im Wohngebiet ist entweder durch eine Steilanfahrt (ohne Ebike!) schwierig oder durch eine Umfahrung eher machbar.
Am meisten hat uns der unpersönliche Empfang gestört. Freundlichkeit oder gar Herzlichkeit sind dort wohl Fremdworte.

attic slopped banged head, not acceptable at this price. smokers outside room below turned this into into a smoking room. representing this as a weingut was misleading as was location in a residential neighborhood.

Language...on booking.com is written german but the owners are Americans and can speak fluently English. We have missed communication in English...

Very friendly family, clean, good wine
Pillow for me but not for anyone else in our group otherwise no complaints.

Fantastic shower, good breakfast, room was clean, nice and quiet location, away from crowd. About 6km walk to Bernkasel-Kues, but it is really nice walk with option to walk through vinneyards if you fancy 😍 would recommend and come back.

Bells at the nearby church destroyed our sleep. Ring all night long on the hour and are loud. This is something that is most likely tied to and blamed on "tradition" but it sucks for the stranger who is not used to it.

Very very noisy. Woken up in the middle of the night by a group after their wine tasting.

Great location, right by the Mosel. It was great for our little weekend trip. The staff was super sweet, breakfast was great and the room was clean and comfortable! Absolutely loved it!
