Warm friendly atmosphere. The little garden cottage was everything we needed to make our break perfect. Good location and also good walks nearby. Bedroom was super comfortable and cosy. The garden was a gem catching the evening sunshine - we were out and about during the day. Very relaxing atmosphere.
Nothing really to complain about, it is clearly described in the summary and pictures. So no surprise upon arrival.

Ideal for us as a couple in the area to visit friends and renew memories of the area. Overall property was very good, good shower, excellent bedroom, kitchen had all that we needed. Parking was available which was important for us.
As above parking was available however it was in a narrow lane and it was quite difficult to park/reverse up the lane. Kitchen utensils and equipment was all there however the cooker at first glance did not look great. Corridor between living area and bedroom was quite cold, it was January, so dont forget your slippers. We arrived 2 days after a major storm and Electicity was intermittent, no fault of the host but dont forget this is rural Cornwall.

Loved the cottage, but it’s tired and needs re vamping. The bed is incredibly hard. And there is a smell of damp. We did like it, but just needs a bit of love.
The bed. And smell of damp
