Sehr schöne saubere Unterkunft in sehr zentraler Lage in der Altstadt. Sehr nettes Personal und leckeres Frühstück am morgen.
Leider ist das wifi überhaupt nicht nutzbar. Soweit nicht sehr schlimm aber das normale Handynetz hatte auch kein Empfang. Für Urlaubsplanung für spontan Reisende daher sehr ungünstig.
Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und leider wurde nur das Bett am nächsten Tag gemacht und nicht das Bad.

The location was perfect. The accommodations were top notch. The host was incredibly inviting and helpful. The breakfast was everything one could imagine including eggs/coffee per you request along with great conversation. And there were even snacks for anytime day/night.

I recently stayed at a fantastic hotel with a perfect location, just 100 meters away from the main square, surrounded by nice restaurants.
The room was bright and had a thoughtful design with a comfortable bed. It was also spotlessly clean and cozy. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, featuring delicious local pastries and specialties. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the area.
The hotel provided an opportunity for a digital detox as the Wi-Fi was either non-existent or poor. It was not possible to connect more than one device, and watching videos or working was not possible

Great breakfast. Ordered the evening before and a nice selection of gluten-free products available for breakfast. Lovely sized room, with nice bathroom. And a perfect location - 2 mins from the main square.

the location is great. Academia 21 is in the heart of Mantovas downtown,easy to reach anywhere by foot.

The location was ideal being right in the old city center and the breakfast was exceptional! There were snack food items available and there was almost no traffic noise. The room was modern and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful and I would totally stay here again!

The guest assistent are extremely friendly and helpful!! Thus AAA+, even if we arrived late at night due to high traffic there was someone to open the door and to give us all needed informations! Bravo!
The location is perfectly situated and really in the Center! You are there and can feel the impression of old Mantua
The sleeping room is smal, surly <15sqm but this is absolutely no issue at all, the beds including the mattresses are really good, you will wake up relaxed!

A very clean and well designed room with a good and spacious bathroom. Federica, our host, was very friendly and accommodating with our time of arrival, we were able to access the room early and the instructions for parking were helpful - as was the advice for places to eat. Mantova itself was a real revelation and wish we’d had more time to spend here. The B&B is well located for exploring the historic centre and the surrounding lakes. We didn’t have breakfast, but Federica told us to help ourselves to coffee, which was much appreciated. A very good experience.

Excellent location in the very center of Mantova, walking distanceconly minutes away from all major attractions.
Sparkling clean and brightly lit property, very well maintained and beautifully designed.
Breakfast fresh and tasty, kitchen offers 24 hours of sweet delights, drinks, fresh fruits... just like home!
Owner recommended many places for eating/drinking, with 10% discount.
Staying at Academia 21 made our stay in Mantova a very enjoyable and delightful one. We ended up adding another night...

Previous day they asked arrival time and I have replied 5, 6 pm. 3 hours before arrival it turned out that this period is not good although it was arranged to get in the room.
