The couch isn’t comfy

The house was good easy to locate. The host advised the location of the key to enter. There was ample room for our group. Very clean and well presented. The host was very helpful. An information folder for Tamworth area, instructions for the TV and technology would be very useful for guests. We enjoyed our stay. Recommended for future guests.
Only minor issues. The dryer lint filter was full of lint. This is a fire hazard. We cleaned it. Plastic on the dining table, and the lounge was different to the one advertised.

Beds were very comfortable, aircon worked brilliantly in hot weather.
TV was too small for room. Spider and spider web in lounge chair should probably have been noticed by cleaner and startled guest.

Was so close to the event we were attending. beds were comfortable. House is warm and away from from traffic noise.
The dogs to the back were noisy driving in but they were quite by the time you went inside.
The fridge was broken in the side door and the toaster with missing lever handle was a little difficult to get going. a few stains on the lounge room floor and the seating in lounge although comfortable was a little low to the ground for tall people and elderly to get out of. A couple of the light bulbs in the lounge room were also missing. We come from the bush so for us it was a comfortable stay.
