Family room has two sinks. Shower & toilet are separated, making it easy for five of us to use the toilet seamlessly. Beds are comfortable & sufficient for 5 pax. Hotel is located close to the theme park making it convenient for us to go directly to in the morning.
The room we were given was at level 2 & faces the road. It was noisy when cars drove past & the street light at times shines into the room.

Location was great because it was just next to the outdoor theme park and also had sheltered access to the mall.
Room was dirty and I didn't realise there was no aircon till after we checked in. Hotel should state this more transparently.

Value for money and location of property. Very cooling and private, especially the Valley Wing. Comfortable and spacious as well.
Connectivity to broader Resorts World properties lacking. Lots of passing through to get to other places and no on site parking in the basement nor was there an easily connected way to get to the parking nearby at Highlands Hotel.

Great location. Very clean.
Hotel was too hard to find. No one was there to help once we got off the cable car. Room was too small for the price and did not have blinds. It was too bright at night and early in the morning and we couldn’t sleep well. Our room was way at the back in a different building and it was tough to locate it and we found it hard to walk back after a long day. No air conditioner or purifier
