Great location, just next to the beach and short walk to the center of Nidri for all the restaurants and fun. It was nicely quiet as it is not in the center but still very short walk if you want to get to the promenade. Spacious balcony with a nice view to the sea.
The toilet in the bathroom is put in a way that it is very difficult to comfortably sit on it, I cannot imagine a person with larger proportions being able to sit there, it is right next to the wall and shower corner. Also every time we flushed there was water leaking under the toilet to the bathroom tiles so the floor was constantly wet. The AC control did not have functioning batteries so it was not possible to adjust the AC, you had to pull the plug out of the wall to turn it off and put it back in to have the AC on with the predefined temperature that you could not change.

The room was right on the beach and our balcony overlooked the beach, which was lovely! They had beach loungers on the beach at a cost of 15€ for 2 loungers per day. We had daily maid service, which we didn't expect. There was hot and cold water at any time of day and the water pressure was excellent. We were centrally located on the strip so getting to restaurants or other little shops was easy. Best part of this location was the view from the balcony!!
The room was much smaller than expected. I think their pictures are a bit misleading..... The room was clean but quite dated. There was no kitchenette, just a small bar fridge, a kettle to boil water and a couple of mugs and glasses. Bring your own coffee, tea, milk and cutlery if you want to enjoy a coffee on the balcony. The double bed only had 2 pillows and no more were available. The bathroom was very small. Although the girls came in to tidy up daily, our particular bathroom had teeny tiny ants coming up behind the sink constantly. They'd clean them up, we'd wash them down the sink, but they'd just keep coming back.
