Location is close to amenities.
3rd floor apartment. Having to carry our bags up the stairs was a mission.

Sauber, gute Ausstattung, stylisch
Wifi und Fernseher funktionierten nicht. Man hat uns aber angeboten, jemanden zu schicken, der sich darum kümmert.

De locatie is fantastisch. In de buurt zijn o.a. meerdere supermarkten, eetgelegenheden en V&A Waterfront. Ook Greenpoint Park is een aanrader.
Appartement was zeer schoon en omdat wij 16 nachten bleven, kwam men ons appartement tussendoor ook schoonmaken. Erg fijn.
Ruimtes zeer goed. Fijne woonkamer met eettafel. De 2 slaapkamers zijn erg ruim, evenals de keuken. Op het balkon kan je goed zitten en kijkt zelfs uit over V&A Waterfront. Een eigen parkeerplek voor de auto is ook fijn in de garage.
Wifi uitstekend.
En ontzettende aardige mensen werkzaam in het complex. Altijd een glimlach en erg behulpzaam.
Geen tegenvallers (het was ons bekend), maar houdt rekening met ‘Load Shedding’ en een drukke weg aan de voorzijde.

Staff was very professional, warm and welcoming. The apartment is located very conveniently. The apartment itself was clean and beautiful.
One bathroom isn't sufficient for a 2 bedroom apartment and for a group of friends.
The apartment doesn't have a lift, which makes it very difficult to get to the last floor with luggage
TV wasn't connecting to the Wi-Fi and playing well, the place needs to upgrade.

Location was ideal. Supermarket and cafes nearby. Walking distance to waterfront. Nice, clean and surprisingly quiet apartment given that it’s on a main road. Comfortable beds.
We would have appreciated a copy of the scheduled power outages to be in the room as we weren’t expecting the power cuts and also would have appreciated more than one tea towel. Small things to mention.

Beautiful, spacious apartment. Great location. Staff were wonderful and very helpful.
WiFi in the apartment didn’t work so we had to use upstairs, which was very slow and in and out.

The apartment was stunning and clean ,the location was amazing and convenient,the staff were so friendly and hospitable. The apartment had all the facilities and necessities that we needed and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The only negative was that there were very noisy neighbours who kept us up 5 out of 6 nights that we stayed there . They were so roudy from about 11pm until 4 am in the morning . They were very disruptive and inconsiderate .

The apartment was very conveniently located, close to restaurants and shops and the V&A Waterfront. Loadshedding was taking place a couple of times a day and the hosts supplied a gas cooktop which was very handy. Nice to have the pool.The traffic is noisy but that is to be expected. Very handy to have the washing machine too. The host was very responsive when asked questions and Theresa, the lady who cleans the apartment, is extremely helpful and friendly.
The floors were exceptionally creaky so if one went to the washroom at night, the other person woke up. But, there again, it is a very old apartment building which has been updated. Other than that, we loved the apartment.

Everything top notch just as on pictures. Safe central location with lots of places like shops, restaurants around. Beautiful comfy apartment with everything needed for a short or long stay.
Half plastic cutlery of very low quality and not enough of them. Owners should provide a better set. Otherwise everything else was perfect.

THE LOCATION WAS GREAT FOR ALL THE SIGHTS WE WERE TRAVELLING TO. AND THE PLACE WAS EASY TO FIND FROM THE AIRPORT, UBER RIDES WERE CLOSE BY AS WELL SHOPS. THE PLACE WAS CLEAN WITH EVERYTHING YOU REQUIRED FOR SELF CATERING. THE POOL WAS CLEAN AND WARM.
THE WIFI KEPT DISCONNECTING. THE DUSTBIN WAS NOT TAKEN OUT AND THE BED DOESNT HAVE A GOOD SUPPORT STRUCTURE.

Amazing location with fantastic facilities and such wonderful, friendly staff. Safe and secure without it feeling imposing, and great communication from the host to let us know about load shedding timings so we could plan our days well.
The only tiny remark I'd make is that it would be useful to have some washing machine liquid/tablets - we had some for the dishwasher, but had to buy some detergent even though we only did a couple of washes.
