The property is within close distance to everything, train station , restaurants, popular attractions like the Ichiran, Don Quijote, Canal City, and Kuwabata arcade and the Yatai stalls.
It’s more of a personal preference, the bed and the pillow was too firm for me. Nothing bad, just my personal preference would be a softer mattress and pillow.

Location was perfect
Very small room for the price

As the name suggests, the breakfast is the star. Free flow salmon, yellowtail and mackerel sashimi and ikura on rice and a few other japanese standard fare. The complimentary dessert platter was also good. My room itself overlooks the Hakata river so the view was nice. It's also very conveniently located near Nakasukawabata station with donki and kura sushi nearby.
Nothing much except pillow was a bit hard
