The room is clean & comfortable!

So far nothing is bad.

Coffee tea machine with snacks at every lift lobby was really delightful!

Needing to change lifts to get to the concierge level then to the room level.

The hotel itself and its interior is absolutely beautiful.

Most importantly, the staff does not seem sufficiently trained and/or experienced (for example: our laundry (which would have had to be returned the same day) was only returned a day later and after we called for this ourself - the in-room dining plan was apparently not available for each room, but that only became clear after a long explanation at the reception - it appeared that there had been a mistake with the number of breakfast, but instead of simply charging the missing breakfasts to our rooms, they asked us to contact Booking first to change our booking - …). Furthermore, the technical installations in the hotel don’t seem to be in the best state. We had to change rooms due to different lights which were impossible to switch off, and the airconditioning in our second room didn’t always work properly. More of a detail: the floors around the pool and in the adjacent bathroom were very slippery. It might be worth changing cleaning products or changing the materials. Location might not be the most exciting but that was a well-known fact to us.

Spacious room & bathroom. Very comfortable bed arrangement for 3 people. Spectacular views (we were on 36th floor), particularly in the night. Excellent value for money. Hotel accommodated earlier arrival.

Our stay was fantastic and I fully recommend this hotel. There was a bit of wear and tear in the bathroom, and some maintenance issues there, but I believe this was an isolated problem to our room. The hotel acted on it, but it was still a slight inconvenience for us. Breakfast was good, but could do with bigger variety.

Ok breakfast, not too many selection from a buffet standpoint. That the pool were under construction, we got notified only upon booking the place and can’t cancel.

Hi, the room was fantastic and I enjoyed every moment, not forgetting the view, its amazing, I highly recommend everyone looking at this property, As for the Breakfast, the staff were superb, friendly everyday. but the variety of food could be better. overall, I will recommend my friends and I will be back soon

unfortunately, the gym and swimming pool was closed during my stay, but I look forward to my next stay.

Alila is a great hotel. I keep coming back..but i think management needs to consider to change a few things -key card is old, and scanning properties are poor -the irons need to be changed, mine the water was leaking out while i was ironing -the water heater isn't what it used to be, there's something wrong with the heating element -get midnight cleaners to clean the common area during night time as well, as its not nice to see the place dirty and rubbish thrown everywhere when I'm getting back to my 5 star hotel -cleaning the room needs to be 100% down to clearing the disposable things in the room -i called the day i had left and informed them that I had left my laundry bag there, they took my contact details and didn't contact me back, so i went there today to ask in person This is my honest feedback. I'll still come back, cos i really really love the hotel

i would have preferred to have really hot water for the shower as well. the tap water was hot but bath water was OK. 2. The placement of the lifts. M1 to G to 41 then to 37.

Large rooms, excellent staff. Great location and view. Very quiet (when no construction)

Pool was closed, vibrations from renovations could be felt in room. Breakfast in cafe disappointing.

Part of the Hyatt group, the property is well maintained, clean and comfortable. Rooms are all high floors and give a good view (35-40 floor). The local snacks and coffee at the level lobby’s are a very nice touch.

The only inconvenience was that in order to get to your rooms, you always need to head up to the lobby (41 floor), and then head down to your rooms.

It was our 2nd time staying at Alila and it did not disappoint! Staff was very attentive and accommodated our super early check-in which we really appreciated. They responded to all our requests almost immediately, 5 stars to all the staff there for making our stay a very pleasant one. The room is spacious, bed is super comfy. The pool and gym were in maintenance during our stay, however from my memory from our 1st stay, the pool is very instagram-worthy with heaps of sun-beds. Gym was clean with great view. Unless you stay in Bukit Bintang, I wouldn't say there is much to explore in the neighbourhood in KL beside great restaurants if you do your research. Hotel is just a short ride to Bukit Bintang, next to a BTS.
