Il vecchio magazzino, i grandi magazzini e la gioielleria secolari ospitano oggi un loft moderno di 3.000 metri quadrati ai piani superiori con molta luce naturale, spazio aperto nel cuore del centro storico di New Albany, nell'Indiana. New Albany ha visto una recente rivitalizzazione ed è a meno di 10 minuti dal centro di Louisville, ma con un fascino unico tutto suo.
Il Loft è situato al secondo e al terzo piano di un edificio storico che un tempo era una gioielleria e anche un grande magazzino negli anni '40 e '50. Ha tre camere da letto e due bagni e mezzo. Un letto aggiuntivo (queen) è disponibile in uno dei due spazi loft al terzo piano per ospitare comodamente 7 nei letti. Rollaways disponibili su richiesta. Ulteriori spazio loft VRBO disponibile accanto (596733) che può ospitare fino a 14. Si prega di informarsi.
Ristoranti, una cantina, birrerie, boutique, l'Ohio River Greenway e l'YMCA si trovano tutti sui blocchi circostanti.

This was one of the best experiences I have had using VRBO. The property was everything that was advertised and more. It worked perfectly for 6 guys to visit the bourbon trail. Property was clean and had everything we needed for our stay and more. Kitchen was stocked well with things we needed to cook at the property. If you don’t want to cook there are many places to eat in the neighborhood or a short drive to Louisville. No trouble with parking in the neighborhood. Literally can walk anywhere. I can’t say enough about how nice New Albany was to stay. The host Jess was fantastic to work with and very responsive. We will 100% be staying here again on our next bourbon trail adventure!

Six of us enjoyed a Sisters' Weekend at this great location in down town New Albany We parked the van in the garage and never had to return to the van during our stay. Dining, walking, shopping . . . and more dining were all within walking distance.The space is well equipped with kitchen supplies, the bedrooms are very comfortable with plenty of linens, space for personal belongings and refreshing shower amenities.Thermostat adjustments were suggested and controlled by the guests. Any other needed accommodations required only a text or call . . . although the place was SUPER and VERY COMFORTABLE we needed no assistance!This place was a SUPER stay to enjoy all New Albany has to offer!!

Jess was very responsive to all messages sent. She allowed us to have an earlier check in and later checkout. Her husband Matt met us as we entered into the dwelling. He immediately met a request that we had made to decrease the temperature of the AC. This dwelling is a gem in the heart of New Albany. Very close to Louisville. I would definitely stay here again.
