Lovely clean rooms
Kitchenette was a bonus
Lovely private terrace-garden with nice furniture.
Toiletries provided.
Oxana the owner was charming and bent over backwards for us.
Really good price.
Nothing to dislike.
We didn’t have a drink because we forgot milk. A little jug of fresh milk left in the fridge would have been lovely!

The location, separate entrance, garden access.
Very small shower space, no kitchen towels.

Location not far from Birmingham Airport about 10 to 15 minutes.
Being woken at 11p.m by owners son shouting and swearing at his mother arguing and banging about for well over a hour then not being able to get back to sleep for a long time it was so unprofessional and uncomfortable. Lesson learned you get what you pay for We would never stay again
