We spent two nights at T3 Alpenhotel in Flims.
These were the two worst nights I've ever spent in a ski hotel.
1. The breakfast was terrible.
2. The rooms and bathrooms were of a very low quality.
3. The hotel bar played extremely loud music until midnight that could be heard from our room on the second floor. It was impossible for my wife and family to relax and impossible to go to sleep due to this.
4. The Hotel manager was aggressive and extremely rude.
Staying in T3 Alpenhotel has been one of the biggest mistakes of my life.
My simple advice - Never stay here and be happy !

The staff were really friendly and there was a great atmosphere in the hotel. Breakfast was fantastic and we enjoyed a buffet dinner one evening too.
They could have provided robes for the sauna, but otherwise everything was great.

Very conveniently located and great family suite with two separate connecting rooms. The staff were extremely kind and friendly and eager to to go the extra mile to help with requests and tourist advice.

Accommodation was really clean and dog-friendly, free parking, good breakfast, wifi worked without problems.

Great staff, especially Momo, Marleene and the lady at the reception, who all made our stay much more pleasant.
The toilet seat in our room was loose and there was no kettle, even though it was advertised. After asking for it we got it, though.

Nice and clean room. Cosy. You can make the room very dark, so if you have children they can sleep. very good service with friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast-buffet with Momo, who was presenting the food.

Beautiful location, cute village, good transport system in the region.
Unfortunately the free travel card is limited when traveling to Fidaz Bargis. You only receive a 80 rapper discount but this is not the fault of the hotel. The breakfast was ok but could be a lot better such as rock hard scrambled eggs. We had to pay for a lunch packet even though we just had to make our own sandwiches at breakfast.

Location worked great - right at the entrance of Flims.
it was overall spacious - two connected bedrooms and a share bath for a family of four.
It has no charm to speak of and feels very … functional.
