Ristrutturazioni verso l'esterno della Grande Torre sono in corso in autunno. Si prega di chiamare l'Ufficio per i dettagli. Questo condominio con 1 camera da letto e 1 bagno si trova al 10 ° piano del nostro Tower Building. La vista parziale del bellissimo Golfo del Messico e la nostra spiaggia di sabbia bianca può essere visto da questa unità che è perfetta per guardare i tramonti serali! Per rispettare il Codice di sicurezza della contea di Sarasota, le nostre unità con una camera da letto possono ospitare un massimo di 4 persone. La camera da letto è arredata con due letti queen size che sono materassi solidi senza coprimaterassi e una TV a schermo piatto da 32 ". Il bagno ha una doccia walk-in. La cucina ha ripiani in granito ed è completamente attrezzata con gli elementi necessari per cucinare: pentole / padelle, piatti, utensili, tostapane e caffettiera. Il condominio ha pavimenti in piastrelle in tutta l'unità. Il patio è incorporato con il soggiorno e ha finestre scorrevoli che ti permettono di godere delle belle brezze costiere.

The place was very clean and had a great view of the ocean out the window. We would definitely stay here again.

The location was awesome! You can see the Gulf of Mexico out the big windows. They have lounge chairs and regular chairs for use for free. Or you can pay for a cabana, nicer lounge chairs and an umbrella. Very thing was clean. 4 adults would be a tight fit. The layout is the bathroom is in the middle. So if you are in the bedroom or kitchen/living room you would have to stay where you are until the bathroom is unused. The kitchen cabinets need updated and the toilet seat should be replaced. There are no extras like sugar, salt, pepper, EVOO in the kitchen, a lot of VRBO’s that I have stayed at have those basic things since people buy them and leave them behind. It would be nice if shampoo and conditioner was available in the bathroom. I loved that there is a free trolley to take you around the area or you can use the Frog shuttle for a tip. There are a few small groceries stores one in the Villages and the other near Cresent Beach. There are restaurants throughout the area that are just a trolley ride away. Many have Happy Hour and live music.Be sure to check out Point of Rocks and Turtle Beach both are so different from Siesta Keys Beach. The staff was FANTASTIC!!! So helpful and kind. I had a great time and want to return sometime in the future.

It was a wonderful stay at The Palm Bay club Tower. It was a great view of the beach and Gulf. It was so relaxing and check-in and check out was seamless. Great location to the village, restaurants, shops.
