We didn't find any reason to pay more for this hotel. Limited options fo breakfast. I was expecting better quality of food. Facilities were okay. Not much option for dinner as there's only a buffet and a Chinese restaurant for big groups.

Quite the scenic location. The whole place looks like it was a vibrant holiday resort - before COVID. Many facilities and activities look empty and lonely now, unfortunately. The hot tub and villa itself were spacious and comfortable.

Cleanliness could be improved - with old furniture and rooms at least the curtains shouldn't be smelling and the bedframe shouldn't be covered in a layer of dust. Breakfast selection is ample, but quality not so much. Our private pool wasn't cleaned over two days and had dead bugs and other junk in it.

It has the resort feel. Nice pool and cafe. Adequate breakfast options. Nice play areas for kids to be involved and enjoying the stay.

There are not enough vegetarian food options and being far from the city - taitung, it’s difficult to get something near by.

1. Room is smelling with fertilizer. 2. No room service and no food provided during the night after swimming. We are living in the middle of nowhere without any food provisions! Restaurant is closed after 21:30! No shops or stores can sell food! Bad bad bad experience! 3. No swimming towel provided for the room with individual swimming pool. 4. Air conditioning is locked and cannot be used freely. 5. TV tone is locked and cannot be used freely. 6. Guests need to pay the bike which should include in the room rent price which is very expensive! 7. Restaurant employees and staff need to train more!
