The room was clean, the bed very big and comfortable.
The food was very poor, same things every day, not many options. Far below from an all inclusive package that you might have seen in other locations.
Very noisy in the evening, loud music until mid-night.
They were cutting the grass in front of the hotel at 11pm.
Cheap umbrellas by the pool.

Very clean and well maintained. Food was very good, but breakfast could be better.
Staff is indeed seasonal. Some things are quite expensive, even for a 4* hotel. Very loud surroundings, unfortunately their neighbours are not considerate.

The place is clean and well maintained.
We arrived around 20.00 and I think the staff at the reception should have informed us that the restaurant closes at 21.00.. We had to go around the city at night to find a restaurant that was still opened after that hour, which has been a little inconvenient after a long drive.. Other than that, the place is nice, well maintained and the staff is pretty friendly.

Very helpful and friendly staff from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Great location with nearby shops and restaurants if you do not want t to eat at hotel. Swimming pool was warm enough even though not great weather and it was clean. Entertainment in the evenings. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Biggest bed I have ever slept in and i have travelled alot around the world. Great value for money.
Staff were clearing your table and trying to push you out of restaurant dead on 10am before we had finished eating and we were rushing our food to beat the clock.
Room was very tiny and there seemed to be the smallest tv in the room 15inch and very old tv ... would have been better wall mounted a larger tv.

Breakfast was very good. Also, the pool was excellent. The room was very clean and it had everything we needed. The beach is very close to the hotel and the chairs on the beach were great!
There is nothing we didn't like, Everything went above our expectations.

The overall feeling was that the hotel was well maintained. The pool area was really nice. The food was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Large queue for breakfast buffet and the choice of foods was quite limited. Some tea/milk glasses use for breakfast were not very clean. The private beach was crowded (sunbeds were to close one to another) and the path to the beach was not maintained (although it was not hotel responsibility).
