Big comfortable bed & excellent breakfast
It was a bit too warm in the room & dining area

Very comfortable, clean and quiet rooms that are excellent after a day on the coast to coast. Incredible common areas for cooking (shared kitchen), eating and sitting. Everything recently updated. Nice breakfast provided. Staff friendly and helpful. It's a cross between a hostel (shared kitchen and common areas) and a B and B. Frozen meals sold if you don't want to shop for groceries. Easy walk from Osmotherly.

Still got a hostel feel but definitely upgraded! Very clean and comfortable, super helpful staff and loads of hot water! Great to have the use of a kitchen too.

Receptionist is a lovely lady. Food was excellent.
The place has lots of potential.
No TV in room. No tea or coffee making facilities in room. When I have paid £145 for a night I expect the very basics in a room. It needs to be advertised better that you don't offer these facilities. I would not have booked.
You have a TV room which doesn't have a smart TV again not acceptable for the price paid.
