Everything. Julie and Iain were the perfect hosts and were very helpful and kind. They provided a comfortable stay and the best breakfast we have ever had. The room was very clean and we had beautiful views too. It was a great location to travel up and down the coastline by car, by bus and even walking on the Cleveland Way.
We wish we could have stayed longer ;)

All that was offered was of the most excellence that one could wish for, from the room to the amazing breakfast. The brilliant location!!! (opposite Pub!!!) plus bus stop on the doorstep!!
Because of our age and mobility restrictions, we wish all toilets in all locations Hotels, B n Bs etc could be like ours at home!!! 3ins higher than normal!!!. It makes a world of difference!!

Very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable hosts. Lovely views from the very clean and well-appointed room. Lots of thoughtful little touches. Excellent breakfast, with plenty of choice to suit all tastes. Great location, well-placed for visiting a wide area. Bus stop right outside, good bus service.
