Una moderna casa di montagna ti aspetta a Winter Park !! Questo rifugio di montagna, situato in posizione ideale a meno di 5 miglia dagli impianti di risalita di Winter Park, si sentirà come la tua casa di montagna moderna nel momento in cui varcherete la porta d'ingresso. Sei sicuro di essere colpito da tutta la cura per i dettagli e le finiture di fascia alta di questa unità. Questo condominio dispone di un letto king size nella master suite di livello principale. E un gemello sopra la regina nella seconda suite principale. Entrambe le camere hanno il loro bagno completo. La suite di livello inferiore condivide il bagno con la zona giorno, ma può anche essere chiusa alla zona giorno se lo si desidera. La zona giorno presenta un open space in modo da poter preparare un pasto dopo una giornata in montagna e intrattenere gli ospiti nel soggiorno / sala da pranzo allo stesso tempo. Divano del soggiorno è anche un divano letto. Questo condominio ha anche un ampio garage per auto di dimensioni diverse per mantenere il vostro veicolo fuori dagli elementi e la passeggiata verso la porta d'ingresso è solo secondi.
Questa unità è proprio alla fine della città - a piedi da negozi e ristoranti a Winter Park in meno di 10 minuti !!!!!
La navetta dell'ascensore riprende direttamente dall'altra parte della strada a meno di un minuto a piedi.
In questo meraviglioso condominio troverai un'esperienza di montagna molto comoda e spaziosa. Speriamo che vieni e goditi la nostra fuga in montagna !!!

Nicely appointed, comfortable landing spot after a day of skiing. Kitchen has all that you will need for prepping about any kind of meal. And, just steps away from The Lift shuttle stop.

My husband and I try to take our kids (ages 14, 12 and 10) to ski every winter and we absolutely love Winter Park. We have been coming for the past 5 years. This was one of the best rentals we have stayed in. Super clean and very cozy! We cooked about every other night for our week stay. Love that we were less than 10 minutes from the resort and just a couple minutes to shopping and restaurants. We even met the guy who owns the attached condo and he was very nice and welcoming. Would definitely rent again.

We stayed there as a family of four. We had a great time skiing Winter Park and the place was a convenient distance from the slopes and right in town near restaurants. The place was cozy, the bed comfortable, plenty of extra blankets (which not every place has so is a huge plus), and our kids loved the bunk beds in their room. My only suggestions would be for hooks to hang snow gear to dry and some sort of a shoe tray at the front door so we didn't track muddy prints on the beautiful floors (don't worry we cleaned them up!). Overall, enjoyed the stay, thank you!

We had a wonderful stay here for a wedding in Winter Park. It was very close to all the shops and restaurants in town. The property owner also very friendly, communicative, and accommodating to our needs. Overall great stay, clean and beautiful place!

Located right in the Fraser Trail, an easy walk to town or to shops and restaurants, setting couldn’t have been better. Enjoyed our stay.

To Whom it May Concern:
My stay was fine, I was a little disappointed in the access to the parking garage, the QR code may have worked once or twice. I would come back late at times and had to call to enter and then the worst thing is leaving the property and I can't exit holding up people that was the worse. Charlotte was amazing and helped when I arrived however, just using the help button at the entrance of the parking garage helped but I wished I didn't have too.
My only other complaint is the bathroom had hair in the sink and shower, that wasn't good. After I cleaned the bathroom I was fine but I shouldn't have had to.

Loved the quiet neighborhood with lots of nearby hiking, mountain biking, and good food. The bed was comfortable. Clean, comfortable living room furniture. Kitchen was well equipped although we only cooked breakfast there. The shower had zero place for soap/etc. Had to place my soap bars on the floor which felt gross and like a super fixable problem. The shower door also did not seem clean... lots of soap scale. Towels/bedding were great. Would have liked true blackout shades in the bedroom... they let in a lot of light but we are up early so it wasn't a big deal. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

This is our first vacation to Colorado and this place did not disappoint! Very clean and updated condo. Nice neighborhood and close to Winter Park. Only complaint was the dumpster closest to our condo did not open properly. Awesome weather and would recommend to my family and friends.

Barely heard the neighbors. A Moose (1 of 3 we saw this trip) came right up to the patio. Clean well maintained newer unit. Had a minor issue upon checking in and a maintenance person was there within 30 minutes and quickly fixed our issue. I would definitely stay here again.

Photos are accurate, shuttle to take you to the lifts is right outside and the house is walkable to a few solid local options including Hernando’s Pizza Pub.

Really enjoyed staying in this newly built home with its large bedrooms and baths. Kitchen is a great size and well provisioned for cooking-in. Plenty of space to spread out. Home’s Location is right between WP and Fraser in the Rendezvous development. There is a market within about 10-15 minutes walking distance, but walking to the center of WP is around 25 minutes. “Lift” Shuttle Red Line bus stop is across street from this unit, but please note that as of winter 2022-23, WP’s shuttles run only once an hour and only until around 5pm. They are less convenient than they were in previous visits, apparently there is a driver shortage.

Nice, clean, newer place. It was perfect for our family. The Lift stop is right outside the front door, it was so convenient to catch the bus to the mountain. Garage was nice to keep our vehicle secure. Location right between Fraser and Winter Park town areas meant short trips to the store and food/drink options. Would stay again.

Absolutely Amazing!!
The property is located in the center of everything. This home is literally right across the street from the Lift station that will take you directly to the skin resort. Our host was fantastic and was very quick with responding to us before during and after our trip. The house came with literally everything you need! Looking forward to visiting again soon!

Since everything was so close during our stay we were able to do a lot. This was an amazing home to stay in if you're looking to do any activities in Winter Park. It was nice and cozy and very clean. We will definitely book again in the future.

Great for a couples birthday weekend
My wife and I stayed here for her birthday weekend to get away. It was a cozy and clean townhome that definitely had most of what we needed for a simple weekend vacation. The townhome is spacious, and offers all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. My only two small nitpicks were the bed in the downstairs room wasn’t as comfortable as we’d like, and the kitchen could use a few more essentials for those who plan on cooking there (no cooking oil such as olive oil). Aside from that, a couple or small family would definitely find this comfortable and quiet townhome a great place to stay as the Rendezvous community offers great access to all the area has to offer and nicely built homes. I would stay here again if we need another couples getaway.
