Everything

Nothing

Easy check in, personal information shared with me via Whatsapp before the arrival, nice clean and modern apartment, perfect location in the centre of Liberec.

The place is generally very nice. There is a construction happening now on the facade so bring earplugs for the early morning. But nothing to worry about. Very nice stay.

at the location everything was clear and worked smoothly with the check-in. The room was nice and spacious, comfortable bed, great sauna, well equipped kitchen area.

we were confused by how to use the facilities - no instructions for the jacuzzi bathtub - ended up spilling some water. And sauna instructions provided in Czech only - would be great to get some in English too. The street outside is loud, trams start to ride before 6am on Saturday and even closed windows let the noise through, so we didn't sleep as well as we wanted. It should have more towels for the spa facilities it offers (and unfortunate spills!). The sink in the bathroom is too small, so we brushed teeth in the kitchen sink. the TV position makes it impossible to watch from the bed. We expected a little more for the price paid.

Pleasant location. Clean room. Big TV. Kitchen with coffeemaker and teapot.

IT WAS SO NOISY ! The windows weren’t soundproof at all. The whole night the noise of the siren of ambulance. Later we’ve found out that there is a ambulance station nearby. For such kind of location you have to have soundproof windows.
