The Rosa room with bathroom is located inside the Il Poderino farmhouse, It can accommodate two adults and a baby cot on requestWe are in the open countryside but easily accessible and close to all amenities.
A wide loggia equipped with tables, chairs and barbecue is available for all the guests such as the infinity pool and its gazebo where a breath taking view on the hill with its colors changing with the change of seasons will be fixed in your mind and heart.
An exposed living room used as wine storage in the past with the barrel vaults and equipped with tables, chairs, sofas, TV, table tennis, wifi zone, will be made available for all guests freely.

The agritourism has a strategic position. It is close to routes towards the most beautiful cities of art such as Pisa, Volterra, San Gimignano, Florence, Lucca….e anche al mare

Swim in our pool *with it is sunny but pleasantly aired or go to the beach which is only half an hour away or visit the nearly cities of art as well as the typical and suggestive villages like Chianni, medieval hamlet with its naturalistic routes; Terricciola with its wine cellars, lari with its gorgeous vicar castle; Casciana Terme with its hot waters with wellness centers and not only(you can take advantage of an agreement we have with the spa); Pontedera with its Piaggio museum; Laiatico with its theater of silence conceived by the famous tenor Andrea Bocelli which is considered the most unique amphitheater in Italy; Calcinaia a wonderful baroque hamlet with its Charterhouse;Peccioli, Ghizzano, ..simply have a walk or a ride around.
