The staff were all friendly, and extremely helpful. The food range and quality exceptional.

Not enough smoke/smoker free areas outside by the pools and bars.

The hotel was very clean, the food great amd the service was excellent. The hotel is an hour between Alanya and Antalya. Since we went around New Year's, there wasn't much going on. So we went to Alanya and Antalya. Great sightseeing experience.

Food was good and varied, location was good. Service was excellent. Rooms good and spacious. Friendly service and entertainment was good.

Indoor pool was small and crowded, weather was bad so would have liked to use the pool. Spa front desk not friendly and charges not on display. Our room was above the smoke room situated in the corridor on the ground floor!! The smell from the smoke room was very strong on our balcony and when passing the room in the corridor on way to and from the restaurants. The smell was awful. The quilt was too small for the bed!

It was my first visit to Turkey and I’ve been truly amazed by the level of hospitality from the staff. Rooms are clean, well maintained, AC is very efficient. Breakfasts and restaurants offer a sensible choice of food and beverages. Great shisha place around the pool for the evening relaxation. Spa / wellness incredibly helpful - I’ve been enjoying really amazing massage services every day of my stay which helped me with coming back to normal and absolutely enjoy the time off work. Hotel is very quiet - yes, there’s animation team and events but they’re not “in your face” so you can actually relax rather than listening to the music blasting. Will definitely come back and I can recommend the hotel and facilities for the family with kids ( assuming that parents want to relax ), couples who want the same ( beware of thick walls though 🤪 ) and single traveller looking for some peace.
