3.510 SQ FT - Meravigliosa casa al mare rinnovata! Perfetto per famiglie numerose!
Casa sulla spiaggia per eccellenza per una famiglia o più famiglie insieme. Proprio dall'altra parte della strada dall'accesso alla spiaggia. Cucina abitabile completamente attrezzata con bar e cucina a gas - carica di fascino! Pianta aperta su entrambi i piani. Stufa a legna / camino al livello principale; camino a gas, angolo bar e lavanderia al piano superiore. Il primo piano era originariamente una casa di kit Sears-Roebuck costruita negli anni '20 ... ora completamente aggiornata e rinnovata. Secondo piano aggiunto nel 2005. Cuore di pavimenti in pino dappertutto. Lavandini privati in due camere da letto al piano di sotto, più camera da letto aggiuntiva che offre 2 suite per famiglie con bambini piccoli. Il portico anteriore è enorme e schermato con sedie a dondolo in vimini bianco, tavolo da pranzo e sedie, oltre a tavolo a cavalletto per quelle cene informali a base di pesce. Ponte posteriore per conversazioni private. Bagni aggiornati, due con doppio lavabo e uno con vasca / doccia piedi artiglio originale. Tre box auto con doccia esterna sulla spiaggia. Lavanderia al secondo piano ha Whirlpool caricatore frontale Duet Lavatrice e asciugatrice. Piscina privata recintata con sedie a sdraio. Porta da Portico a Piscina per proteggere i bambini piccoli. Balcone al piano superiore ha una splendida vista sull'oceano e un sacco di sedie a sdraio.
House offre privacy e momenti di divertimento insieme. L'area bar Tiki sotto il portico schermato ha un frigorifero e pavimento in cemento per le volte in cui si vuole uscire dal sole. 7 televisori in tutta la casa tra cui TV a schermo piatto di grandi dimensioni in entrambi i soggiorni w / Free HBO. La casa è dotata di accesso wireless a Internet, sistema stereo (compatibile con iPod), lettori DVD, giochi video / da tavolo, fabbricatore di ghiaccio e griglie a gas e carbone.

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay with our extended family. This home was perfect & had everything we needed. It was decorated beautifully and was a fabulous location for family. Absolutely perfect!

The location of this property was incredible! We were literally steps from the beach. No crowds! Really beautiful! We did score some shark teeth and a few sand dollars. It was really nice to come back to the pool after the beach, too! The screened porch was amazing! The beds were super comfortable! It worked out great having the extra little rooms with the twin beds. Everything was clean! Plenty of bathrooms! We had a group of 12 of us and everyone had plenty of privacy and space. So much to do within a short drive. Really great eating at The Boathouse within walking distance. Kitchen at the house had plenty of cookware for eating in, too! We can’t say enough about how lucky we were to get this house for our family vacation!! Thank you, Carroll Realty!!

The house was perfect for our family get together. It was just across the street from the beach access and the house directly across the street from us that would have obstructed the ocean view was being torn down as we arrived, so we had great views. The house had everything we needed. My only complaint was the lack of communication from the management company. There was some damage I tried to report when we arrived and I got no response until the day after we checked out. I also asked for an early check in and was completely ignored. I understand that it may not be possible but a response would have been appreciated.

Overall, the house is beautiful, but we had a lot of weird incidents that left us feeling uneasy and uncomfortable in the house. On the first day, a man came over unannounced saying he needed to come in to fix something, but we did not get any heads up or communication from the property to confirm. He then returned and walked in without knocking. On the second day, we were hoping to have a pool day, but the management company had scheduled their lawn service while we were there, also without warning. So there were grass cutters, leaf blowers all over the yard and up on the porch for the day invading our private space, and it was too loud to be at the house. Two out of the 3 nights two different smoke detectors started chirping for us to change batteries in the middle of the night. Another night, a man seemed to have let himself into our backyard to sit by the pool and smoke a cigar. The back door was also confusing to lock, which is not ideal when strangers are coming into your back yard. Lastly, the keypad to get in and out of the house is in a very dark, creepy garage.
