The location was amazing and the apartment was very spacious with tons of storage space, super clean and very comfortable.

We had a little bit of difficulty with the initial entry, but other than that everything was perfect.

Nothing u didn't like

Large roomy apartment with bedroom separate from living area. Air conditioner in both the bedroom and lounge/living area (plus a pedestal fan) which was lovely because it was very hot during our stay. It worked well if the shutters were left down while we were out during the day. Exceptionally clean. Marco’s communication on how to access apartment was lovely and clear.

Nothing

Location. Size. Cleanliness.

This accommodation feels like a purely financial transaction rather than a hospitality experience. The kitchen utensils and toiletries provided were basic level, there wasn't even an ice tray in the middle of summer. There was also no welcome book, no local recommendations, and no useful information about the area or the property. The sofa was so uncomfortable that we couldn't sit on it for long while trying to watch the World Cup. Everything felt functional but minimal, with little effort to make guests feel welcome or comfortable. These are genuine observations and intended to help improve the guest experience. Having read the owner's responses to previous reviews, particularly those that raised similar concerns, I fully expect the response to in the same vein.
