We loved the condo. It was just as it was pictured.

This was exactly what our sweet family needed! We watched the waves all day long, played in the gorgeous sand! Cooked dinner in but also went out to a few restaurants that were not a far walk at all. Everything was clean and kitchen was decently stocked to cook. Everyone at this property was so kind! We ran into a small issue and the host responded right away with help and a solution! We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The view of the ocean was amazing. The rooms are very good equipped. The location was perfect and the pools were warm and clean.

We had a great time. It was a beautiful room and was very clean with a great view of the beach. The only, and i mean only draw back was the bed was extremely uncomfortable and hard. It was hard to sleep through the night on it. I spoke to the property manager after our stay about it and they seemed to think it was possible they forgot to replace that bed when updating and was going to look into it. Hopefully they replaced it with something better. I would definitely stay here again if they replaced it because we had a wonderful time otherwise.

I thoroughly enjoyed this vacation! The condo was perfectly clean and the ocean views were beautiful. The owner was great! They checked on us a couple of times to make sure everything was going good. I will definitely stay there again! The resort was fantastic as well! I loved the tiki bar! The pools are sparkling clean and everyone is super friendly!

The overall facility is a bit dated but this specific unit was updated and clean. Perfect unit for a couple to get away and enjoy the beach. The balcony provides the perfect spot for privacy and listen to the waves crash on the shoreline. We enjoyed our stay and will likely come back.

We had a wonderful vacation in this condo. Had everything we needed for our stay. The view from the balcony was amazing, pools were clean and eveywhere you looked was white sandy beach.

Great place! Was very clean and updated. The resort was amazing. We loved the tiki bar and being able to rent an umbrella + chairs was perfect.

Condo was amazing! Exactly as described. The only negative was the beach space was a bit overcrowded. We had trouble locating an area to put our umbrella, etc. You are somewhat forced to rent umbrella & chairs if you want to be anywhere near the water. Not sure if it’s like this all the time or just bc it is the busy season.

This condo at the Pelican Beach Resort was the perfect location for our family of 4. We were looking for a place with all of the home away from home amenities to make a week away from home with 2 teen boys as easy as possible and we found it here! It was extremely clean, updated, and the view of the Gulf of Mexico is truly breath taking. The crisp white beach is merely steps away and is the sand isn’t your thing the 2 pools are also a fantastic option. The on site security is very friendly yet serious about making sure everyone is safe. We will be back!!

Our property was fabulous! It is newly renovated beachy chic and had all amenities necessary for a great getaway. The view was magnificent and we thoroughly enjoyed watching the dolphins play in the ocean! The entire property was clean and the pool area quite enjoyable!! All was just as promised !!

The whole experience, from initial review, booking, stay and departure was easy. The owner was very helpful, provided all information needed and checked in to ensure things were as they should be.
Condo was well maintained and clean and although there were a couple very minor maintenance issues, they are an easy fix and didn't cause problems.
Definately recommended!

We had a great stay. The condo was very clean and everything as promised. Such a nice view and close to everything. We got all of the info well ahead of time and check in was smooth as could be. Everything was perfect and we will probably be back. Overall five stars.

What more can you ask for? Pelican Beach Resort is a gem in a fantastic location in Destin. I highly recommend the Bilhan Family properties, they are very accommodating and communicate throughout the entire process. The room had everything we needed, was clean, and recently updated.

The condo had everything we needed and was perfect for our family vacation. The Pelican Beach Resort pools, tiki bar and cafe were all wonderful but the best part was the view from the condo! It could not have been better! We will definitely be back again!

My wife and I found the listing for this great condo looking for somewhere with a Gulf view from a balcony in Destin, Fl. We loved the description and location, and booked it. From time of booking to checkout we were kept informed by the property owner. And he checked in during the stay making sure all was what we expected. The property itself was beautiful and the Gulf view from the balcony was fantastic. The beach and pool areas were phenomenal as well. Will book again.

The condo was great. It was spotless when we got there and had a great view. We had a couple of minor issues and the property manager was great at addressing them. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great. Cool a/c, awesome view and decent bed. Full kitchen even though we ate out on every meal. The restaurant down stairs is good. A decent variety of simple food. Host kept in good contact starting a days before trip and made sure you are happy. I can tell you to read the rules of the building carefully. Beaches are private and have to reserve and pay for resort chairs. Which I didn’t mind just less crap I had to carry, there is a few items the host has on the porch if you didn’t want to pay. Personal chairs and umbrellas go in the back behind the resort chairs. Location was good kept the Uber trips at a lower cost. Awesome place!

Overall great experience, beautiful view, nice spacious condo for a family of 4. Condo was very clean but there was some sand on the ground but it wasn't a problem since being beach side. Highly recommend!

$ can't buy cleanliness
After the price I paid and the so called notion that you can't check in early because you have to allow time for the unit to be cleaned amazes me. The unit I rented for the most part appeared to be clean until I looked at the bed linen and noticed a stain that looked like blood on the bed pillow shams and the extra pillow in the closet. Luckily I went and bought sheets. I didn't make a fuss I just put them in the corner and contacted the number provided for issues with cleaning. My only other complaint was the smell the unit. I'm not sure if it was from cleaning products or the closet where the ac unit is but I had to spray and buy candles. Overall the location was perfect.
