Condominio Downtown Loveland situato all'interno di una casa storica. A soli 5 isolati dal centro della vita notturna, ristoranti, birrerie, caffetterie, gallerie d'arte e bar. 3 camere da letto al piano superiore che includono una master suite letto matrimoniale con TV, una camera deluxe con letto queen size con un bel camino e una terza camera con letti a castello per i bambini. Il condominio ospitare 8 e comprende un letto estraibile per gli ospiti extra. C'è un angolo cottura con doppio fornello, forno a microonde, macchina da caffè keurig e tostapane. Divano e poltrona sono impostati per visualizzare i tuoi programmi preferiti su una TV a schermo piatto extra large. Cavo e internet inclusi. Parcheggio extra disponibile. Centrale Aria condizionata e riscaldamento con termostato dedicato.

Nice property, very clean. Beds were not as comfortable as other reviews claimed, especially the bunk beds (which are not for adults). While I’d definitely recommend staying there, there are a few things the owners could do to make the stay more comfortable. Most of the lights in the house are bright white, including fluorescent overheads (one that flickered) in the living room. The bathrooms had no shelving to put a makeup bag or curling iron. Little creature comforts that make the stay, in my opinion. But otherwise a nice place to stay.

Great location! We enjoyed the short walk to the downtown area, and the 7 Brews was just around the corner. The living room/kitchen area was tight for four people, but, on the upside, the bedrooms were spacious and provided quality sleep. We would definitely go back.

The condo was neat and clean, exactly as promised. My husband and I both thought the bed was very comfortable--we slept well all 3 nights we were there! The host was easy to communicate with and very prompt with any answering any questions we had.

This place was in good condition, very clean home, easy to access. Host was accommodating as we had to add on another night last minute and it worked out! Location is close to downtown but also not a far drive to the mountains, it was great.
