Sunset Retreat è il nome del nostro delizioso condominio al Beach and Tennis Club ed è la destinazione numero uno in Florida per rilassarsi e godersi le splendide spiagge sabbiose di Bonita Springs, FL. Questo condominio di lusso si trova nell'Edificio Due, a pochi passi dal famoso ristorante "Doc’s Beach House" a Barefoot Beach. Non finire mai le cose da fare. Rilassati sul balcone con il tuo drink preferito o scegli tra una vasta gamma di attività come bombardamenti al mattino, jet ski, parapendio o semplicemente goderti un tramonto serale. Questo condominio con una camera da letto e un bagno ha una cucina completamente attrezzata e uno schermato in lanai (balcone). Il Beach and Tennis club è un resort con due piscine riscaldate e 10 campi da tennis Har-Tru. Altri servizi includono ristoranti nelle vicinanze, spa / salone, campi da bocce e shuffleboard.

Location. Location, location was terrific. Easy access/checkin. Could use an initialStock of paper products. Reconstruction around the high rise continues …visually underwhelming but easy to maneuver around.

We had such a great stay here. The condo was incredibly well stocked, especially the kitchen. I cook a lot and usually find myself wishing for certain utensils or tools when traveling, but this kitchen had absolutely everything we needed.The location was perfect. It’s an easy walking distance to the public beach, and there was plenty of parking available. The elevator was also a huge plus for getting luggage and groceries up.The bed and furniture were very comfortable, which made it easy to relax after long beach days.What impressed us the most, though, was the amazing selection of beach gear provided. There were tons of beach chairs, toys, towels, coolers, and even a wagon to haul everything to the beach. It made beach days so easy and convenient.Overall, this was one of the most thoughtfully stocked rental we’ve stayed in, and we would absolutely stay here again!

This was a very nice and relaxing stay. You stepped out to your balcony and you can see the ocean to cross the street to the beach and see the sunset. Absolutely beautiful!The apartment is very well kept and put together. They have everything from glasses to wine glasses, all sorts of plates and call supplies and utensils. It made our stay so easy. If you like jet skiing or parasailing, they rent them across the street. We went jet skiing and had so much fun.The owner is very considerate, communicate and went the extra mile to make us feel at home.

This condo is really cute, comfortable and in a great location, but the exterior was under construction and we didn't find out until we arrived. I had seen reviews of other properties in this complex that mentioned the construction. So I specifically asked the host about it when I booked and she assured me we would not be affected. However, when we arrived, there WAS ongoing construction - we couldn't access the lanai (it was boarded over) and there was very loud drilling from 7am to 7pm. We could even hear the drilling from the beach. So we spent the first day of our trip trying to find a different place to stay which was challenging as it was Spring Break. I ended spending much more on a different place in Fort Myers Beach.
