Questo condominio di 2 camere da letto 2 bagni al secondo piano si trova sul lato della baia della nostra proprietà. Per il noleggio di questa unità è richiesto un soggiorno minimo di sette notti. Il lato della baia ha una piscina, vasca idromassaggio e griglia a carbone. E 'anche una breve passeggiata per la parte del lato del Golfo della nostra proprietà che ha un'altra piscina, due campi da tennis e la nostra spiaggia di sabbia bianca. Per rispettare il Codice di sicurezza della contea di Sarasota, le nostre unità da tre camere da letto possono ospitare un massimo di otto persone. La camera da letto arredata in modo confortevole è arredata con un letto king size, una camera per gli ospiti ha un letto matrimoniale, la terza camera da letto anteriore ha un letto full size e un letto matrimoniale, più vi è un divano letto doppio nell'unità. Tutte le camere sono dotate di TV a schermo piatto da 24 "a parete, mentre il soggiorno ha una TV a schermo piatto da 42" con servizio TV HD per il vostro divertimento. Il bagno per gli ospiti ha una cabina doccia, e il maestro è una combinazione vasca / doccia. La cucina a vista è completamente attrezzata con tutti gli elementi necessari per cucinare: pentole / padelle, piatti, utensili, tostapane e caffettiera. Il condominio ha piastrelle in tutto. Questa unità ha una grande terrazza con vista sulla baia con vista mozzafiato.

Thought the end unit would be a great view to the bay, but the windows are so high that you can’t see out when you sit down. The kitchen was only stocked with a few items. Some Larger bowls,Tupperware cheese grater, and a soup pot would be helpful. The beds were comfortable. Kind of strange not having a public bathroom, as the third bedroom needed to come into our bedroom to go to the bathroom.

We stayed 8 days in this unit with our adult son, daughter-in-law, and their three children. This was in November after Hurricane Milton, and was booked last minute after our original booking at another property cancelled due to damage. We were thrilled to find it. The unit was as described and depicted on the website. What we really liked about the unit: very close to bayside pool and fishing dock, large spacious unit with plenty of seating, view of pool & bay. What we didn’t like: strange layout with the two bathrooms each in one of the bedrooms (no bath entrance from the common areas, and if in the third bedroom, you have to go into another bedroom to use the facilities), it was a LONG walk to the beach (about .3 miles) and you have to cross a busy road to get there. You can drive and park closer which we did.

Based on the description, we did not know that both bathrooms were located in bedrooms. If we knew this, we would not have booked this condo. Also, the balcony is beautiful but does not have any lights so it could not be used when the sun went down. Super disappointing. We did leave an umbrella and digger so the next renters could enjoy it on the beach.
