Beautiful place to stay with a great location, clean rooms, and friendly staff! Can't wait to come back

Perfect location, just at the beach, close to all the surf schools. We had a beautiful sea view room with a balcony. The staff was super nice and very helpful

The room is a bit worn (especially the bathroom), but there's everything we needed and all was clean, so not a big issue.

Disappointed.Billing possible lacking any honesty in resemblance to original quote. New billing 212 dollars then 43;320.86 lkr then revised to 44;620.48 lkr playable as due commission amount added US dollars 185.20 commission 33.34 US dollars. Question honesty by hotel group. Restaurant menu seriously poor restrictions apply.breakfast menu choice one choice menu .tea coffee toast fried egg scrambled eggs omelette. butter marmalade. Selection to all guests no other choice . Cost to myself 800 rupees.cash .per breakfast .online various selection not apply or offer. Day of departure while swimming. in pool. Staff management advised .Room vacation time. Between 11am and 11 30 am not midday as contact time .My guest in upgrade room made his complaints as to food selection to staff . He has 3 children and wife with him.children disappointed with lack of pool time to final morning.we departed the hotel with adverse events hanging in the air 11 20 am not midday as contact was breached. I consider freeze card payment in a dispute with your Agent due to questions about good practice in billing and service care . Finally bathroom doorway sharp tile. Possible to cut foot on damaged tile . From the Principal booking company I require investigation reply to my email as I return UK hospital treatment suspect broken hip and nerve damage. A very disappointing event where children of home country need to experience good practice The other 3 hotels visiting for meals indicated vast improvement in menu selection and attitude The attitude of departure from hotel of staff management the abrupt attitude leave hotel by 11 30 am children observed. It’s a great location on the beach, and the pool was an added bonus. The staff were really friendly and more than happy to help with anything but also respected your privacy
