Casa Aloha porta tutto ciò di cui la tua famiglia ha bisogno, biciclette, sedie, refrigeratori, ombrelli tutti così vicini a Playa Guiones e negozi, ristoranti, skatepark per bambini all'angolo e un trampolino e altalene anche in cortile
Super privato con tutto recintato e sicuro, ti porto l'aloha a te !!!!
Offriamo lezioni di surf qui, quindi non devi cercare oltre !!
Abbiamo tavole da surf da affittare se non vuoi portare la tua tavola!
Se hai un'auto a noleggio puoi andare su e giù per la costa, ostional, marbella, negra, le streghe rock, quindi girarti e fare barrigonia, camrional o mal pais, quindi ci sono un sacco di punti da vedere
Casa aloha ha tutti i fiori di plumeria di cui hai bisogno per annusare e a nite è semplicemente incredibile !!!! Prometto come profumo e anche tutta la frutta da raccogliere a maturità !! Banane, manghi, papaie, mangarine, guanabana, avacado, limoni
Casa aloha ha tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno con sky tv via cavo nelle camere, ac, master ha un re con divano letto matrimoniale,
la camera 2 ha la regina e la camera singola 3 regina e la camera completa 4 ha la regina e la camera singola 5 regina e piena.
Fuori la giungla è ovunque e quando le scimmie ti svegliano basta aprire la porta del balcone e bam !! Eccoli e così vicini e altre volte puoi vedere pizzerie, procioni, armadilli, iguane sono dappertutto, scoiattoli e uccelli arrivano fino alla casa. Diciamo solo che c'è molta natura ed è viva qui!
All'esterno abbiamo amache, altalena per bambini, grande cortile per giocare a calcio o lanciare un pallone da calcio,
Anche un grande culo bbq nuovo ti aspetta per cucinare la tua festa ....
O un cuoco può farlo per te se vuoi che tutto sia facile da configurare per te ??
La casa si trova in una posizione così perfetta nel centro della spiaggia, tutto è abbastanza vicino da poter camminare o una bici da spiaggia per fare surf in anticipo
Non puoi trovare un posto migliore grande, bello e tranquillo come questo !!
Tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno, possiamo aiutarti con tour, trasporti e qualsiasi informazione di cui hai bisogno, basta chiedere !!

we stayed in Nosara for 12 days with our 4 kids ages 7-14. casa aloha was a great house and fit all our needs - ac in the bedrooms, washer/dryer, a pool, and walking distance to the beach. we were able to rent a golf cart from tyler and the process could not have been easier. awesome vacation!

I did not get an email of the check in process in advance. I messaged the owner (Tyler) on VRBO and he got back to me in plenty of time. There is also a property manager on-site who showed us around, but it was tough to communicate with him (only spoke Spanish). The rooms were nice as well as the kitchen. Wifi was good, Pool was great as well as the Sofas (unfortunately there was no A/C in the living room/dining room/kitchen area but the fans kept it cool enough in the morning and evenings). A grill was listed as there, but not on property. After speaking to the owner one was brought over( not sure where it was before that). There were other items listed on VRBO as amenities that were also not there like surf boards and bikes as well as coolers/chairs for the beach. In speaking with the owner again it seems maybe like this was an old listing and he did allow us use of some personal bikes and boards:). There were other missing things that were listed as included such as a hair dryer and a washer and dryer. The property manager said we could use a washer and dryer across the way for $10 though. A/C in the rooms were fine, but I can say the beds need a refresh as they were a little hard/dated. If there was an A/C in the main living area it would have made a huge difference for us. All of that being said, I would still recommend. Location/Space/pool/Lush landscape/Howler monkeys right outside! . Nice sitting area on balcony! And a helpful owner when help is needed! Pura Vida:)

Great location. Easy access to town and beach. Had everything we needed.

We stayed there with 4 kids (ages 9,8,6 and 4).
Good:
The place is Huge! Great bedroom and bathroom space. Kitchen is fine and TV area is good for the kids. Pool was good (size and temperature). It's SOO hot in Nosara so in the afternoons it was great to have a place to swim (and there was some shade in the late afternoon). It is walking distance to everything (beach, shops, restaurants). We had young kids so renting a golf cart would be ideal, as we were averaging 20-30k steps a day (and again, it is super hot outside).
Tyler seems like a great guy and and answered all my questions over email quite quickly. The property manager was available anytime as well and was very pleasant as well.
Air conditioning was good in the bedrooms.
A cleaner came every 3 days, which was nice as the place gets covered in sand.
Not so great:
-Internet connection was not good. We found the best internet connection at Cafe Paris.
-The place is dated and could benefit from some fresh decor (some white paint, fresh curtains, get rid of all the knickknacks, old paintings and the dark wood tables/dark couches, maybe even paint the kitchen?!).
-It felt quite dark inside and there are bars on all the windows, so it also felt a bit confining when you are inside. I'm only saying this because I think the place could be amazing if it was freshened up with some new/modern decor inside and some nicer outdoor pool/patio furniture.
-Laundry was a bit of a process so we only did it once.
Final note: There are a lot of modern places popping up in Nosara. This place has the size, the bones and the location to be a great place, it just needs some updating.
