Freundliche Begrüßung, 1a Lage mit tollem Ausblick, Nutzung der Garage im Preis enthalten. Auch unsere Hündin war herzlich willkommen. Von der Wohnung aus kann man direkt zu kleinen Wanderungen starten, sehr schön ist dabei der Strandzugang in Plage du Tilleul (Richtung Étretat). Ruhige Lage der Wohnung, nachts ist außer schönem Meeresrauschen nichts zu hören.
Abends wurde es etwas frischer in der Wohnung. Wir hätten die Heizung im Wohnzimmer gerne wärmer gestellt, was nicht möglich war. Hunde sind am Strand in Étretat leider nicht erlaubt. Manche Restaurants bieten wenig Qualität zum dafür hohen Preis an.

Emplacement sublime, tout près de la mer. Contempler la mer et le soleil couchant à côté de la fenêtre, sur une chaise de bar, avec un thé à la main, c'est un bonheur extraordinaire.

The best view and the breeze in the appartement
the was two doors with glass panel each and the doors could slampe closed and so break any glass door easily. It happened to us. Sad.

It was indeed ‘The Best View’ ! Very spacious and nice apartment with all the needs (coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer,…). Good beds… Friendly host who also provided document with tips…

We loved the location of this property, it definitely is the best view. The host was excellent as well, very friendly and helpful. The apartment was also very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

Could not have a more perfect view of the beautiful Etretat coastline. Steps from the beach and from the eastern cliffs. Spacious, clean, comfortable apartment. Host was responsive and accommodating. Dedicated parking spot. Basically everything to make for a perfect stay!

Location, location, location. Well maintained, perfect for the size of our group. 2 good-sized bedrooms, the views were as good as the pictures provided on the website. The sound of the surf from the apartment. Claudine’s welcome and information that she provided. Cleanliness.
The only downside was that the shower was difficult to use without water spraying on the floor and around the shower. Although Claudine had warned us and explained how to manage the curtain around the bath, it was still difficult. However, we managed because once the 1st of us realized the problem, the rest of us (3 of 4 of us) took baths instead. The bath was wonderful; however, we ran out of hot water… not a problem because the last of us, just waited to take the last of our baths.

Room with a view of the sea. In the apartment you can hear the sound of the waves and the view in the morning is breathtaking. You can drink coffee with the rising sun. The owner recommended restaurants with good food and suggested where not to go.

Great location next to the promenade, with mesmerising views over the sea cliff and arches. Clean modern interior.
The entrance to the property is a bit grubby and untidy, shared with the restaurant and is overpowered by kitchen smells. However you leave it all behind when you get into the apartment on the 3rd floor.
