Rural Cotswold Cottage in grounds of beautiful Nell House
The Cottage at Nell House è una bellissima conversione incorniciata in quercia che dorme 4 in due camere da letto. Si trova ai margini del piccolo e tranquillo villaggio di campagna di Hannington nel Sud Cotswolds in cui le contee di Wiltshire, Gloucestershire e Oxfordshire si incontrano. Il villaggio ha un "pub" raggiungibile a piedi ed è un'ottima base per esplorare i Cotswolds in auto. Dista 90 minuti in auto dall'aeroporto di Heathrow.
Il cottage presenta una zona soggiorno con cucina a pianta aperta al piano terra, con una cucina ben attrezzata con lavastoviglie e forno a microonde e un'area salotto con due divani e una grande TV. C'è una camera doppia al piano terra e un bagno e doccia. L'intero piano superiore è una camera matrimoniale con bagno privato con area salotto separata, divano e TV. La scala è aperta al piano terra.
Il cottage si trova nel parco paesaggistico di Nell House, con una grande area di decking, barbecue a gas e posti a sedere all'aperto per 4. Si affaccia sul lago ed è circondato da animali selvatici come gallinelle, anatre, pesci e se sei un cervo fortunato e un martin pescatore.
Ci sono ampi terreni tra cui un prato da croquet e campi con animali da fattoria.

Our absolute happy place in Wiltshire! – A true gem in HanningtonAbsolutely everything was wonderful here! It started with the fantastic location on the beautiful grounds of Nell House, which is home to horses, ducks, and sheep. A real highlight was the Indian Runner ducks greeting us on the patio every single morning while we had breakfast right by the beautifully landscaped pond.Since our grandchildren live nearby, we were able to pick them up from nursery every day and bring them over to the cottage for a few hours. They felt so at home around the ducks and horses, and inside the cottage itself. The owners are incredibly kind, welcoming, and family-friendly, which made our stay even more special.The cottage is beautiful, incredibly cozy, and furnished with so much love and attention to detail. It wanted for nothing, and they even provided books and games to keep the children entertained.We have truly found our happy place close to our kids and grandkids whenever we visit from Germany and will definitely be back many more times! Thank you for a fantastic stay!

A must stay experience.This property met all the requirements and criteria that is transmitted in all of the advertising and wha is promised of the promotional material.For us this was our last stop for a week before heading back home from a five week holiday experience,Trip coving all over Europe.Our stay had days of rest and relaxation and central enough for full dat tours .Our hosts were magnificent from the get go with instructions etc through to just deadset fairdinkum lovely people .

Spent a great week at this property, set in lovely grounds. Perfect for a family who want to get away from it all and enjoy a peaceful location, but still want to be near local attractions for days out. The cottage had everything we needed for a relaxing week away, including a fully stocked kitchen which made self-catering very easy. We loved seeing the wildlife, rabbits, herons, coots and horses in the grounds and around the large pond. Thank you James and family for letting us share your wonderful property and making us feel so welcome.
