This first floor 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condominium is located on the Bay side of our property.
Questo primo piano 2 camere da letto con 2 bagni condominio si trova sul lato della baia della nostra proprietà. Il lato della baia ha una piscina, vasca idromassaggio e griglia a carbone. E 'anche una breve passeggiata per la parte del lato del Golfo della nostra proprietà che ha un'altra piscina, due campi da tennis e la nostra spiaggia di sabbia bianca. the place was clean, check-in was easy though it was kind of confusing what we had to bring ourselves. There were some items we purchased but were stocked in the room when we arrived. The property has to separate gate to access separate parts of the property. It was confusing which side we were on but finally figured it out after we got out check in packet from the office box after hours check in. Overall the property was clean and the room were clean. We would stay again and this time we will be more prepared for what we actually need to bring.

The only hiccup we had was a large insect tried to make its way at home on our last night there. I think we may have left the screen door open a crack. The private beach was spectacular. Would definitely stay again.

The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Third trip to Palm Bay Club. Property is great but unit 354 is less than satisfactory. It is very outdated with worn out furniture, beds and very old bathroom fixtures. It is in serious need of updates. Also, upon check in we were told the ice maker was not working and that it would be fixed right away. Called 2 more times during stay becuase it was leaking water all over floor but never fixed. Please encourage owner to upgrade interior or lower rental rates.
