ラゲッジポートがいっぱいなのに どこに荷物を預けていいのか案内もなく 私も他の方もみんな困っていた

Wir suchten kurzfristig ein halbwegs günstiges Hotel in Nähe des Flughafens Haneda, für eine Nacht. Dafür war es völlig ok. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt würden wir eher etwas anderes suchen. Aber es war grundsätzlich gut. Es gab ein sehr praktisches und freundliches Flughafen Shuttle.

Der Check In per Roboter Personal ist zwar erst mal ganz witzig aber ohne Hilfe (vom echten Personal) wären wir nicht zurechtgekommen.

7-10mins walk from the train station (super nice karage shop right outside the train station!!), have convenient stores / eateries nearby. There's free morning shuttle to Haneda airport - make sure to check the schedule and be at the lobby early. You'll have to pay 500 yen to use the washing machine - reasonable, given the amount paid for the room. Basic amenity kits are next to the ground floor lift. Pick it up before you head to the room.

2 big luggages will fill the room walkway. We stayed for a night so not an issue. We still had to wait for staff to manually assist when we encountered issues at the self check-in.

Love the front desk staff :) Check in and out was easy. The room was comfortable and quiet. The convenience of the airport shuttle was appreciated after the long day of flying.

受付が恐竜と女性の動く人形でネタとしては面白い。

空港への送迎バスが預け荷物1個までと制限があり、時間帯によって人が多過ぎて乗れない、など不便。改善を期待します。

6階から見える景色が良かった事と朝食ビュッフェが豪華でとても美味しかった。

ドライヤーのなかに埃があった。

セキュリティもしっかりしているし、どうしてもスタッフが必要な時は対応してもらえる。 コンセプトも面白いし、良いと思います

変なホテルという名前で敬遠していましたが、羽田早朝便に乗るため予約しました。 自宅付近で夕食を食べて向かいましたが、大鳥居駅周辺に店が多く、ここで食べるべきだったと後悔。 フロントに人間がいないことに驚きましたが、恐竜相手にチェックイン、特に問題なくカードを受け取りました。 部屋は狭いものの快適に過ごせました。 朝4:45の送迎車に乗るため、朝食を近くのコンビニで買いましたが、近くに24時間営業の店もありました。

タブレット操作に慣れていない人には本物の人間がすぐ対応できる体制が必要では？ 隣の男性は苦労していました。 フロントにホテル周辺地図(特に飲食店•コンビニ)があると助かります。

旅行の前泊で宿泊したのですが、早朝便だった為、ホテル〜羽田空港までの無料送迎バスがあったので助かりました。

ロボットのチェックインがうまくできず、結局ホテルのスタッフの方にお願いしました。

room had a cold breeze coming from an air vent. We had to stuff it full of paper towels it was so cold.

バスがトイレと別で、洗い場があった。 駅からの立地が良かった。 空港までのバスは混雑すると聞いていたが、ちょうどすぐに乗れてありがたかった。

従業員が常にいる煩わしさがなかった。

今回は特に無かった。

Staff were on hand to help with the self check in process. The room was extremely clean and had comfortable beds. The shuttle was posted on line and was right on time. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

No easy early check in or late check out. Also the shuttle did not run all afternoon and the last shuttle was at 1 am.

The robotic welcome was great. I also liked the deep bath.

The first room they put us in stunk of sewage so they changed rooms for us. The second room, the toilet seat didn’t work for the first day so was icy cold. The room was meant to have been serviced as we stayed multiple days but the surfaces were not wiped down, cups weren’t cleaned or changed and they took my pyjamas (which were provided by the hotel) but didn’t replace them with fresh ones. The hotel shuttle service runs to a limited schedule, prebooking is not possible so you run the risk of missing out on a ride if there are too many people wanting the shuttle service. I was the only one lined up on the day I left but because I had a ski bag, they said they couldn’t take me.
