One of the bathrooms didn’t have a garbage can. I kept hearing from the bathroom dripping water from the head shower. The blinds weren’t working in the room I was staying. The lights in one of the room kept flickering. Nice area very quiet.

Needs to be renovated
The good: all of my interactions with the MySpace Barcelona staff. They were always friendly and responsive and helped adjust the reservation after the initial booking.
The apartment was large and spacious.
Neutral: Putting down a large deposit and picking up the key from a second location were not ideal however both of these were known in advance.
We had a cab drop us off and I walked 15 minutes to the office. Tried to catch a cab back but no luck, so my family waited there with the luggage for about 40 min.
After we arrived, I let the office know there was a significant amount of dog hair in the apartment and they asked if I wanted someone to come and check. I appreciated the offer but I sent photos instead so they could deep clean after we left. I also let them know the pool had turned green. (Someone was there the next morning to attend to the pool.)
The bad: simply put, the photos are outdated and do not represent the current conditions. One of two things needs to happen: update the photos or renovate the apartment to remediate the wear and tear over the last few years.
As some examples: there were a number of lights out, the sliding glass door was incredibly difficult to open or close, cabinets were broken, molding was missing or broken, the TV was too big for the TV stand (and looked like it was going to fall off the side), fridge was dented (due to the odd kitchen door placement), bathroom doors had water damage at the bottom, etc.
This was the most expensive place we stayed and it was by far the worst place we stayed. I did not feel relaxed and wanted to limit the amount of time we spent here during the day.
I did not communicate most of this at the time because I did not want to waste vacation time at the end of our trip. I wish that other guests had left more recent reviews and that we had booked different accommodation.

Lovely apartment in the upper part of Barcelona. We took the metro every day into the city and it was fine for us. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

We stayed here a fantastic place! Clean flats with all the amenities you need. The pool was amazing with all the amenities, it was also clean. The location is also perfect. I can only say great! And I recommend to anyone.

Flat perfect for us but...
Everything about the apartment worked for us except for a confirmation of parking available which did not materialise. I exchanged messages with a representative indicating the make and model of our car and, on arrival, we were told the car did not fit in the garage. When inquiring about an alternative, the office staff apologetically offered none.

The staff were amazing just so lovely and helpful especially at check in. I asked for a terrace where the sun came up in the afternoon which we got. The beds were super comfy and the apartment in general was really nice. The area was great! really close to the centre and shops and bars.

Nice property with good access to Metro
We had 4 person and enjoyed our stay at the property. Having 2 persons in each of the single bedrooms would feel quite crowded in my opinion. The property is a 5 minute / 3 block walk to the Lesseps metro station so we found getting around the city to be very easy. I would definitely consider staying here again but there were a few inconveniences that prevented a 5 star review. Having access to the pool was nice but the limited hours (10am - 8pm) was disappointing and hard to understand since dinner doesn't begin until 10pm! Also, I believe the apartment should be stocked with enough paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, a few laundry pods etc...so that the renter isn't inconvenienced by having to purchase these items for a short stay.

We were in Barcelona for a week on business. This apartment was a wonderful place to be after the long work day. We enjoyed the courtyard and space around the pool. The pool was not yet heated for the season but looked very inviting. One of my team thought the beds were too firm but the others were fine.

I was there with my friends for 4 days recently. I would like to say that it was perfect. The apartment is really big and spacious, so we were so comfortable. It was so clean and we had everything we need, so the apartment was absolutely equipped and furnished. The owner from My Space Barcelona gave us free entrance to some pubs of Barcelona City, he was so nice with us, and helped us for everything we need.
About the location, its fantastic. So close to everything.
We are so happy for our staying in this apartment.
