It is almost new and clean
No availability of ramp ( access) for the second floor for handicapped people to move by wheelchair.

The rooms were so spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable! 😍
The sandy lagoon was so relaxing, and breakfast had such a great variety of options! 🥰
The check-in process took far too long. Despite requesting an early check-in in advance, we weren’t informed that it wouldn’t be possible until we actually arrived, which was quite frustrating.

Loved the family suite (room privacy and the two sofa beds for the kids, bathtub, space and dressing area). Staff were very helpful (beach, bar and restaurant ones).
Pool is not big enough, especially that the hotel was only half occupied, and still the pool was kind of crowded. Still, they have a second "quite" pool as alternative.

The breakfast and the space of the room
The value against the service we have received is very poor. The reception desk is always busy and not very fast to handle all customers' requests. The pool is very small. The extra sofa bed was very small. The house keeping doesn't change the bed sheets. The electricity was cut off in our room for more than an hour in a five stars hotel!!
