the apartment was very nice and comfortable, with AC and what you need to rest well. It was clean and the lady that received us was very polite.
was good but maybe to have more good pans in the kitchen

Bassem was great to work with. He was very flexible and accommodating, and communicated promptly. The place was generally clean, especially the floors and balcony, and generally comfortable. When something didn't suit us and we wanted it addressed, Bassem was quick to respond. The location was quiet and peaceful, out of the way from bustling Cairo but close enough to access anything by taxi.
There were some things about the apartment that were more basic/simpler than expected, but when we told Bassem, he was very attentive. The hot water system and washer are a bit complicated for a Westerner, but for someone flexible this is not too big a deal. If you don't like something, just ask Bassem to address it.
