Sky Hotel

The hotel is very cozy and comfortable. It is close to the city center and offers parking, which is very convenient. The parking space is a bit tight so you have to be careful with that, but otherwise everything was great

Buffet colazione molto ricco. Staff fantastico e super gentile!

Nulla.

Location, excellent staff, breakfast and very clean room.

Nothing

Room was clean, breakfast was good, bed was comfortable, regular 4 star experience.

I wanted to book a hotel where there is hassle-free on-site parking included in the booking to specifically make sure that we dont have to book an off-site parking lot, pay separately etc. Before booking, I called the hotel and asked if the parking is available. They said yes. I wrote in the booking that we would like to reserve a space. They replied sure, so I booked the stay. When we arrived we parked in the parking lot (very small crowded one) no problem. On the next day we left for a couple of hours by car, and when we returned, the entire parking lot was full with cars blocking each other. Not only we could not use the space I requested and specifically booked this hotel for, we had to reverse out of the parking lot on a steep ramp - a complete nightmare. We ended up paying for an off-site parking lot overnight, which would be ok if I not double and triple checked with the staff before. Dont make the same mistake that I did and believe them about the parking situation and book this hotel for the parking because it is very much a hit or miss.
