My partner and I often use this guesthouse as my parents live in Pallini and we make frequent use of the airport. Typically we utilize the upmarket central Athens hotels due to our need for a reliable and secure transit stay. However two years ago we first came across Boutique Studios we have now here stayed 7 or 8 times and can state, without any reservation, that the constant reliability and professionalism provided by the management, along with the standard and quality of the rooms, and there cleanliness, surpasses the majority of hotels in Athens and the rest of Attica. And, when taking into account that each of the 4 apartments [WE HAVE STAYED IN 3 OF THEM] are fully furnished with EVERYTHING A HOME COULD HAVE - WITHOUT BEING A BOXY LITTLE ROOM there is no comparison anywhere in Athens. Also, albeit I may be biased because my family lives in Pallini, I believe it worth mentioning that Pallini - the location - is a lovely town, most buildings are only 2 or 3 floors high, it has all business services available, loads of cafes, tavernas, supermarkets and specialist delis. It has a main road that connects Athens to the Airport [GREAT LOCATION] and the Platea [city square ] is 20 meters from the apartment - it is mostly a pedestrian area with trees and cafes and is popular locally. Not really any tourists here :). And above all Pallini gets a lovely breeze of fresh air throughout the day : so the air is always fresh and the town is always lovely and cool to walk around and sit in summer months.

Downside : Often booked out. But usually only a week or two ahead and most are booking for only for a couple of days - probably because of its location : meaning immediate access to all areas of Athens and Attica; whilst avoiding the chaos of Athens and remaining immediately within proximity to it.

Property was very clean very well presented and had all the facilities that were advertised included unlike other booking.com properties.

It was very comfortable and clean. They don’t use as much as the strong cleaning products like other places.

Changing the bright white fluorescent bulbs to something more warm would make a world of difference.

Very clean and nicely laid out with the third bed made, all facilities great and great communication. Easy to find various pleasant dinner options within a minute s walk.

Aircon was a failure. I have encountered this in many properties and this is one of those that no matter how you set the aircon settings it just won’t produce cool enough air to make a difference. The cooling had an effect after about 8 hours! As we were leaving the property. I believe that there is a reason for that as I know there are ways the hosts use to avoid excessive aircon costs. I might be wrong and this is only my opinion. The host/ manager was extremely communicative and rather polite and we exchange various photographs of the controls and messages but at the end of the day they wouldn’t resolve or accept the issue. Only by the morning we could put the settings to a normal 22o degrees as it had been working all night at 16o without making absolutely no difference to the room over 30o temperature. It was of the hottest days but other hotels the night before and after didn’t have this issue.
