Staff were friendly, quick to reply and the place has everything you need! And it was clean and equipped for anything! 10/10

Well laid out condo. About 20min walk uphill from the beach. Well equipped to live. Bed and pillows were not great. Unit close to road not pool. Some morning construction traffic and noise. Door lock was not working great. Asked for it to be fixed but no one showed up, so I tightened the screws myself

Nice condo. I would stay again. Living area was good and spacious. Everything worked. Well equipped to live in for a few days.
The unit is not beside the pool. It faces the road and there was some construction traffic. Bring ear plugs if you want to sleep in.
Pillows are flat and hard. Had to use couch cushions as pillow. Mattress is very hard. Sliding door lock was tricky and screws were falling out. Asked to have them fixed but ended up borrowing a screwdriver to do it myself after 2 days.

Condo was as per listing pictures although patio furniture was only an old worn table and chairs for 2; not comfortable so new patio furniture needed. Beds comfy, kitchen well stocked and plenty of beach towels. About 1km to beach but easy. Quiet neighborhood except condo construction 2 doors down. That said, would stay there again.Gustavo is a fantastic property manager!!!

Le logement est parfait, tout est propre et de nombreux accessoires sont à votre disposition. On se sent comme à la maison. Un des meilleurs logements que j’ai pu avoir au Costa Rica

The outside photos of the property advertised are not the actual property so this is misleading. The property is also for sale and we had to deal with viewing which is not really acceptable when there is no security safe and Covid is still about and we are supposed to be on holiday. The air conditioning was too noisy in one room to have on during the night which was an outside unit bolted to the outside bedroom wall. This was reported but not resolved as we were told it needed a new condenser for one of the units. The swimming pool had tiles dropping off and was generally tired.
We thought overall this was poor value as we stayed in a similar condo in Coco for half the price of this one and it was far better with a better pool.

Love the apartment, made us feel like home.
Kitchen was big and had everything we needed. 2 bed and 2 bathroom is exactly what we were looking for. Would stay there again anytime!

Secluded Spot
Nice, secluded spot away from the busy town center but still within walking distance. Gustavo was very attentive and gave clear directions as GPS isn't the most reliable in the area. The unit was clean and a/c worked well.

Great spot but wished they had comfortable outside furniture for relaxing with a book or a morning coffee. The very small table and two uncomfortable chairs was not inviting or sufficient. Stayed 10 nights and would have really liked a clothes drying rack. Perfect weather for drying towels and bathing suits outside and better for the environmental.. I would stay here again if those enhancements were made

The toaster broke first time I tried to use it(it burned right away) and they also charged us for it.

We enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is in the lower level so little lack of natural light. But it is decorated contemporary and looks like newly furnished. My concerns they didn’t provide any beach towels or chairs. I think beach towels are mandatory when you are close to beach. We ended up using bath towels as beach towels so we couldn’t shop for towels there. They charged us for it. This is a modern and comfortable apartment. It was clean and well furnished in accessories, the pool was great and we spent very cool evenings using the outdoor kitchen and relaxing. Great apartment, I recommend it.

Excelente lugar, muy amplio el apartamento, super completo. Alejado del centro, pero en una zona tranquila de Tamarindo, a 15 minutos de la playa caminando. Una piscina muy linda para refrescarte. Un entorno verde muy lindo. La comunicación con Gustavo, el manager fue muy buena.

Great location
This condo is very comfortable, clean, equipped and great location. We really enjoyed our stay over the 3 weeks and loved watching the monkeys everyday from our balcony. My only suggestion would be it would be nice for long stays if a cleaning crew could come in once a week to do a clean.

This condo is a short walk to beach, restaurants, grocery store etc. A highlight for us was watching the monkeys from our patio and the pool.

Brisas del Monte # 3
Brisas del Monte #3 provides clean, quiet, comfortable, well-appointed and conveniently-located (if you enjoy your daily walk to town, as we did) accommodation. Our only complaint is the 'damp-basement' smell that required our week-long stay to dispel.

Our stay with Vacasa in Tamarindo
Brisas del Monte was an excellent choice for our stay in Tamarindo. The unit was very clean and modern, beds, air conditioning, kitchen utensils all were perfect and all appliances working. It was quite hot weather during our stay and the pool was really enjoyed after our long days of fishing and sight seeing. In Costa Rica navigation can be tricky so recommend a good data plan and installation of waze app on your phone. Gustavo was very helpful and got back to us right away with help to find location. Dragonfly restaurant is an easy walk and highly recommended - music was great.

El apartamento es muy cómodo y bien diseñado lo que hizo nuestra estadía muy placentera. Además está cerca de todo pero en una zona muy tranquila y sin bullicio.

Incomplete,
New and clean, but didn’t have ice in the fridge for two days, didn’t get the linens for the sofa bed, the swiming pool is finally clean today... we are leaving today.... love Tamarindo Beach and We think this apartament could be great with a good administration.
