Charming 'Nantucket' Style Beach Cottage
Perfetto per le coppie ma spaziose sufficiente per una famiglia, questo 'Nantucket' stile cottage è a pochi passi dalla spiaggia in una delle più belle piste di Ventura. Questo affascinante casolare 1.000 sf dispone di una camera con un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno. La cucina completa è attrezzata con tutto il necessario per i pasti cucinati in casa. C'è un bagno completo con vasca / doccia e soffici asciugamani bianchi di qualità. L'unico box auto ha un apri lavatrice / asciugatrice e porta del garage. Il soggiorno ha un camino a legna, TV via cavo, DVD e un comodo divano con chaise longue di masterizzazione. Il cottage ha il WiFi e di una docking station per iPod Bose. Lounge nel grande cortile con un ampio patio in mattoni con ombrelloni, comodi divani all'aperto intorno ad un firepit gas, Adirondacks teak, tavolo e sedie, grande barbecue Weber acciaio e una doccia esterna con acqua calda. La finestra di fronte alla baia e le porte olandesi a creare un'atmosfera cottage sulla spiaggia. Due sedie a sdraio, un ombrellone, teli mare e boogie sono forniti.

The property is clean. The kitchen is well stocked. The garage has two beach chairs, an umbrella, and a boogie board with no leash. The backyard is beautiful with lots of places to rinse sand off. The location is close to the beach on a quiet street. The hot water heater is a bit small and can only sustain short showers. There is no A/C so be prepared. It would be nice if a few more windows had screens so they could be left open all night.

Wonderful place. The kitchen gadgets and pots and pans were - well like we have at home. It's obvious the owner stays here and like a good functioning kitchen. Thank you!The beach access! The backyard with fire pit! All wonderful. We'll definitely be back.

Owner was very responsive. Kitchen fully stocked. Relaxation spaces indoor and outdoor were quite ample and enjoyable. Walk to beach and Duke’s beach grill. Drove 10 minutes to Ventura harbor with shops? Restaurant and National Park visitor center. Very convenient to boat trips to whale watch or land on Channel Islands National Park

The house is everything and more. Beach, grocery store, restaurants and liquor store all within walking distance of the house.
Such a great location and homeowners that are down to earth.
