Nous avons apprécié la tranquillité des lieux. Un peu loin des plages car la marche peu être un peu dangereuse mais, nous avons bien aimé.

Property is exactly as described. Nice little pool with a bbq included. The management company is great. The bbq gas was empty and they replaced it same day after we notified them. Quiet, clean, and enjoyable.

The property is in excellent condition, great kitchen, living room & sleeping areas. We were a group of three and felt very comfortable , safe & secure in this property. We enjoyed the pool and using the BBQ in the evening. The other residents in the complex were very friendly and we really felt at home. The beds were really comfortable. You must rent a car when staying here and you must explore all the beaches Guanacaste has to offer to truly appreciate this property. Most of the beaches are 1/2 an hour distance in every direction and there are many to see. We loved going to playa flamingo and playa conchal which is very close by. There is a super close beach called Playa Brasilito. I suggest you skip it we nick named it horse shit beach. If you like beaches this is a great budget friendly accomodation that is close to many beaches. The only con I can bring up with regards to the property is sometimes the wifi would drop or run slow. However most days it functioned and it was fast. If this place is available I’d recommend you book it, especially if you want to explore the beaches in Guanacaste, Costa Rica.
