Staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. Facilities were clean and plentiful.

Nothing. It was fantastic.

Our 3rd stay. We love the location. Always like being able to have coffee in room with chocolate marshmallow. Great bed.

The hotel is showing its age. Missing towel hook on back of bathroom door. Hot water never really “hot.” Windows were filthy. The young lady at front desk during later afternoon hours couldn’t have been more disinterested. We stopped at the bar for a nightcap, she walked by us two or three times from her position behind the bar. Never made eye contact. She doesn’t belong in the hospitality industry.

Room wasnt the biggest room in the world considering the price point, it was clean and the bed is comfy. but other hotels in the area as just as nice.

communicating with the hotel, still waiting for a reply. ended up cancelling our original booking and rebooking! staff. I get that its cool to be depressed. the girl on the bar with 9 set of eye lashes on was moody and not very welcoming, staff on arrival were helpful, no real customer service. I get it, its hard in this sector right now. you have to reply on uni students. staff didn't seem interested in being there, its all a bit too casual. I stay in edinburgh a few times a year but i'll stay somewhere else, let the americans stay.
