Great service, friendly staff. No-nonsense check in and check out. Small, convenient, and in the middle of the city centre - walking distance to everything. Working tiny fridge and a safe in the room.
Wireless doorkey didn't work, but it was resolved quickly. Very worn down furniture, and spartan design. Shower had a slope like a pothole, and was hard to avoid while showering, but apart from that everything was more than good enough.

Staff was excellent with providing tips on what to do around the hotel. Room was basic but had everything you need and was good and clean.
Breakfast was very simple and not a lot of options, had to slice my bread myself, maybe this is how they do it in Scandanavia but not around the world :) I went to eat breakfast somewhere else after the first day.

Basic, but good breakfast. Free wifi has decent speed. Free parking. Excellent location in Moss, near everything. Welcoming staff.
The place is a bit dated. The shower is not very inviting. Small room.

I really appreciated stay at this hotel, it wasn’t very far from motorway, good parking options, great breakfast, and professional staff. 👍🏻 Rooms were clean and neat. 👍🏻

Hotel is very dated. Breakfast very poor, room disappointing, was staying for work but still overpriced. No staff at reception

Service of receptionists: their interest in customers, way of communication.
Cleaning service was bad: rooms were not cleaned, shampoo was brought half used(already opened and used). Pretty dirty floors in the canteen. Food was rather plain.

It was dry bread and ham and cheese.
It was’nt clean and it was something wrong with the shower.

Overall, the place met my expectations, I didn't pay much (about 900 or 1000 kr, can't exactly remember), and everything was more or less fine. There is a cute 1970s feel at the hotel (as in: a lot of the furnishing as original from that time, presumably). Free parking is a huge plus in Norway.
Well, the "cute 1970s feel" could also be seen as a liability. I mean, let's face it, the room didn't look at all nice, but it was fine. You sleep there and the you move on. Basically, consider this hotel a motel and adjust your expectations to that.

It was quite cold in the room, the floor heating in the bathroom was not working.

No internet connexion, no tv in the room, not many electric plugs, bad smell. Hotel needs a full refreshment.
