Exceptional views and gluten free friendly restaurant. Nice terrace. Delicious almond cake!
The quality of towels could be improved.

AC in the room was great. Nice view from a seaside balcony.
If they turned down the lights on the terrace at night, it might be a great spot for stargazing.

The old world atmosphere.
The town itself and the quiet aspect
Staff needed to be more friendly , attentive and engaging with guests..
They were efficient .. BUT...You need to be more human and interactive
