Large Ranch Style Home with 7 bedrooms
Provaci.

We loved the location and had plenty of room for our large group. The pool was great. The property could use some superficial updates and TLC

Great for our large family group. Jody brought extra tables and chairs for us and was easy to work with. Patio was enjoyed by all. Many flexible rooms, large main kitchen made meals prep convenient.

The house was clean and had everything we needed to have a fun time with friends and family. The carpet was updated and very clean. The listing was accurate. The pool across the street was very nice. There was a great grocery store 0.4 miles away which was helpful. The home is older, but had good use of the space and many TV's.

We were disappointed in the condition of the house. There was no toilet paper upon arrival and one of the beds was broken Jody did bring some basic supplies over 1 1/2 hrs after our arrival and Gerry helped him fix the bed. He was very apologetic about many things with the house and there were all kinds of things he was going to "get to" once there was a break in the rental schedule. There were many cosmetic issues (like woodwork that had been partially spray painted...throughout the house). My 3 kids said they had all used VRBO before and never encountered anything like this. This was our first experience with VRBO.
We did have a great time in DesMoines and the 4 young grandsons enjoyed the pool across the street. I think the house has a lot of potential. It just needs a lot of time and TLC to prepare it for rental.
