No hay ningun detalle que sea realmente un problema. Simplemente, como sugerencia de mejora, seria bueno que tuviesen más almohadas ya que las que teniamos eran muy bajitas. Tambien una manta menos gruesa hubiese ayudado ya que nos tocaron dias menos fríos y la manta era muy calurosa

Very nice room, it is soundproof and well equipped. The magnificent view of Fitz Roy is outside my window. The manager is eager to help and informative. Very convenient for hiking trip.

Hosts were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent! Location was superb -- easy walking to restaurants and hiking.

Beds were comfortable but small -- we had asked for a queen but got a room with 3 twin beds. Hot water in shower was plentiful but very hard to control.

I stayed in another hostel and did a Los tres full-day hike before check-in. I had payment while check-in option when I booked the hotel and when I reached the hotel I was very tired from the full-day hike. Knowing that I am coming from the full-day hike, they immediately gave me the keys to the room without taking the payment. They let me take rest the whole day and I paid the property the next day after my breakfast. Rooms are cleaned daily by the cleaning crew and breakfast was always ready by the time you reach the breakfast room. Run by a family who is kind and considerate. Would definitely stay again.
