Superb Villa 8-10 persons with private pool, near beach
Las Estrellas è una casa indipendente completamente ristrutturata nel 2014, su un terreno di 750m², senza vis-à-vis, ai margini di una pineta protetta.
La casa è esposto a sud, con un pool di 12 x 5 metri con vista sulla foresta. Lato nord si può vedere il mare che si trova a 1 km (5 minuti d'auto, 15 minuti a piedi).
La casa è rotonda con superficie abitabile di 200 m² e un lucernario che conferisce luminosità eccellente. Costruita su due livelli, dispone di 5 camere da letto, 3 bagni, una cucina e un ampio soggiorno e sala da pranzo.
Il ponte piscina ha un patio con un grande tavolo in teak per 10 persone e una sala estiva all'aperto con un grande divano e 2 divani resina intrecciata.
Si può godere di un barbecue in pietra con piano di lavoro integrato.
La casa è dotata di connessione internet wireless, TV satellitare con schermo piatto, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, piano cottura elettrico, forno, forno a microonde, frigorifero con porta congelatore separato, macchina da caffè Nespresso.
Un supermercato Spar in fondo alla strada, a 400 metri di distanza.

We loved staying at this villa! We were a group of 10 friends (2 children) The setting was fantastic on the outskirts of the main town, so really quiet and peaceful and on the edge of the forest that you look out to from the pool. The pool is fantastic, it’s huge, at great temperature and plenty of shade sunbeds and tables to sit out at. Check in was simple with the agent, we were able to check in early, which was very helpful. Communications from the owner were also very quick and helpful. There are two good restaurants and a well stocked Spa supermarket within walking distance - it is all downhill though so an uphill walk back which is tricky if it’s hot. There is very little parking near the beach so would recommend hiring bikes to get around from the villa. The only downside to the villa is the lack of air conditioning which in the week we were there was quite uncomfortably hot in the day and at night. There are fans available but don’t work that well so the only way we kept slightly cooled was to have cold showers and keep on swimming … also a better selection of glassware in the kitchen! Don’t be put off though it is an excellent villa to stay in ..

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. What a wonderful house! It was also peak season, so you wouldn't even notice it because of the beautiful location on the edge of a forest. The house is large and offers plenty of space. We stayed there with 8 adults. The pool is fantastic. Who knows, maybe we'll see you again!

Perfect villa for three families who enjoyed lots of pool and beach time. However the walk to the beach was not quite 15 mins as advertised. Thankfully we had a car. The beaches are beautiful and we had lots of hot weather to enjoy them. Plenty of good restaurants nearby.

We really have enjoyed this beautiful and spacious home with our family of four. The location is perfect; close to some beautiful beaches, garden with forest view and near to supermarkets, shops and restaurants. The owner Yves, is always at your disposal for questions etc.
The house is fully equipped and everything you need is available (and very clean). The pool is great, very large and with a lot of pool chairs. Our kids loved the tennis table as well.
From some rooms you even have sea view.
In short, we have had an amazing holiday and we would love to come back. Thank you Yves!
