My stay at Akassia Swiss Resort was nothing short of wonderful! From the moment I arrived, the warmth of the entire team made me feel completely at home. What truly set this vacation apart was the incredible hospitality of the staff—every single employee greets you with a welcoming smile that brightens your day. A special “thank you” goes out to Mr. Waal, whose dedication to guests is extraordinary. He making himself available 24 hours a day to ensure my vacation was truly special. Thank you to everyone at Akassia Swiss Resort for creating such memorable experiences. I can't wait to return!"

An unforgettable experience! A special shout-out to Wael, the Operations Manager, who went above and beyond like no one we’ve ever seen. From arranging golf carts and medical assistance to sorting out unexpected perks, he was always on hand and incredibly fast at handling anything we needed. The facilities are top-notch; the water park and Jacuzzi were an absolute blast and a great way to completely clear your mind. Plus, the food variety was massive and delicious. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway!

While cleanliness standards were well maintained, we felt the dining experience could use some attention. The food overall lacked flavor and excitement. We also tried the Seafood Night, but the variety was quite disappointing and has plenty of room for improvement.

We had a fantastic family stay. The resort is huge, beautiful, very clean, and has so many facilities. The aqua park was amazing, especially for the kids, and we also loved the beautiful beach and Red Sea. The snack bars were very convenient, and the animation team was friendly, energetic, and made the atmosphere really enjoyable throughout the day and evening. The golf cars were also extremely useful for getting around such a large resort. A special thank you to Mr. Wael, the Operations Manager, for his professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for the guests. He was always approachable and made sure everything was going well. His hospitality really made a difference to our stay.

Nothing major. Because the resort is very large, walking between some areas can take a little time, especially with children. However, the golf car service makes getting around much easier and more comfortable
