Renovated apartment with air con and Wifi, Estepona marina, close to restaurants and bars
Questo appartamento con due camere da letto è arredato secondo uno standard molto alto e offre tutti i comfort per una vita confortevole! L'appartamento si trova al secondo piano dei sempre popolari appartamenti di Puerto Paraiso e si affaccia sul porto di Estepona, con il mare al di là e una delle due piscine appena sotto. C'è l'aria condizionata in tutte le stanze più la TV con una selezione di canali britannici come SKY e altri canali internazionali. Entrambe le camere sono en-suite e l'intero appartamento è molto più spazioso rispetto a molti degli appartamenti più recenti che sono attualmente disponibili. L'appartamento è situato in una posizione perfetta per coloro che visitano Estepona che non desiderano guidare in quanto vi è una selezione di bar, ristoranti, spiagge, supermercati e negozi a due passi. Il parcheggio è possibile nel parcheggio comune e funziona in base all'ordine di arrivo, primo servito, tuttavia trovare uno spazio non è normalmente un problema. È inoltre possibile parcheggiare nelle vicinanze gratuitamente. Tutto sommato, è un appartamento di ottima qualità per le vostre vacanze.

Have just returned from an 11 night stay in this apartment. The location was superb, very quiet but handy for everything. Lots of restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk , taxis and buses nearby. Estepona town has a lovely beach and is a beautiful place. There are loads of flowers and trees everywhere and it is all very well kept. The grounds of the apartment are also beautifully maintained.
The apartment itself is well equipped and very comfortable. The air conditioning was very welcome as the weather was very hot. Both bedrooms and en suites were very good.
Only a couple of minor gripes- the kitchen was advertised as refurbished but it must have been done a while ago because the freezer door in the fridge was broken and another of the cupboard doors was loose. We would have liked some english instructions for using the cooker and tv as we struggled with them both. We had to borrow a hairdryer from Time in Spain because there wasn't one provided. A major minus was the fact that there are no umbrellas at the pools and there would need to be more sunbeds in the high season. This is probably not an issue that the owner can do anything about but it maybe worth passing our comment on to the complex management.
Apart from those few little points we loved our stay here and would definitely recommend it to friends.

Cleanliness not up to expected standard.
TV hit and miss.
Fridge / freezer water leaking inside.
Pillows need to be replaced had unclean smell.
Towels also had unpleasant odour, not dried thoroughly by cleaning staff.
