It had all I needed and was in a quiet spot close to the beach and close to the buses

loved loved loved it. came for a little holiday by myself. the belle tent was perfect, loved having my own little chairs and table out the front of the tent and the kitchen area was awesome, had everything youd need. showers had great pressure and lots of hot water!! beach access was a plus and was just a beautiful little walk. staff were so nice and friendly too!

Was there for splendour, workers were super welcoming and nice, told us to be safe when we went to catch the bus for splendour. Felt super safe and comfortable. Cafe/restaurant they have was super convenient, yummy food and saved us going into Byron for meals when we wanted to eat out still.

Great location, easy check in, super comfy beds and pillows in the Eco cabins. Very warm and lovely to have the nepresso and coffee and milk.

Spacious cabin with large fridge and quiet air conditioner.
Rather dated interior and a extreme lack of power points. Needs a freshen up and extra power points for phone/appliance recharging.

The location was perfect for me as playing in a golf tournament at Byron Bay Golf Club, across the road from the holiday park. Getting in and out was simple and secure by car. The beach Shack I was given was perfect for me. Quite cosy and a very comfortable bed.
The only slight criticism was the bathroom was a little small, but you don't spend all day in the bathroom.

the proximity of the park to byron bay. the ease with which we checked in and our departure. in the cabin there were more than we expected, microwave, toaster and crockery. thankyou.
the pump in the shower for the conditioner, shampoo and body wash didn't always work. may I suggest some bleach in the corners of the shower recess. other than that it was wonderful.

the cafe attached to Ingenia great for breakfast & the pepperoni pizza we’re fantastic
the hand basin in the bathroom was too small the water would spill onto the floor & cupboard fronts & inside when washing your face. I had to wipe down the cupboard with a towel. only one mirror in the bathroom another mirror needed in the bedroom.

I liked that it was relatively quiet. Excellent access to a beautiful beach that also wasn’t too busy. Friendly and helpful staff.
It was a bit tricky to access groceries and food without a car when public transport wasn’t running. It was great when the cafe was open and the supplies available for sale from reception helped too.

Convenient location and pleasant surroundings.
We did not have an allocated parking spot so just had to park outside the cabin on the park access road.
The cabin was quite musty when we first entered.

The jumping pillow could have used some shade.
The cabin was nice but lots of damage on doors etc, the remote was missing the battery cover which meant the batteries would fall out.
Mould on the walls and lots of ants in the bed when we arrived.

amazing vibe! everyone there was so cruisey and the staff were really laid back and lovely. It was a perfect location, it wasn’t too happening when you wanted to relax but close to get to the bars and beach and shops. loved our cabin too it was perfect
